How can you go to Dallas at this time of year and not see the fair? It was just as hokey as we expected (for example, pig races), but we had a great time walking around.

Great activities. Super mid-way. Great livestock showings. Excellent football in the Cotton Bowl when Texas beats ou. Tremendous exhibits both cultural, historical, international.

Nothing special. Just on a larger scale. Food, rides, and games are exactly the same as you will see at any other fair.

This was a great fair! Spent all day and could spend another day there. There is a lot of things to do and see. The food was good and there was a big variety of rides for the kids. Would recommend and will return.

We really enjoyed the State Fair. We walked around, enjoyed all the vendors, shows and activities and eating at all the vendors. We went with a group of 20 and we all had a blast. However, we did not ride any rides, so cannot comment...More
