As an avid camper holding an annual TPWD Park Pass and camping 8+ times a year, I must admit i am not a fan of the staff at this park. The middle aged lady with glasses really has no business in a service industry. When...More

Had a nice trail run and hike there, there are some real technical parts and some easy parts, there are restrooms and hook ups, cost was 5 bucks per person. Weather was cool but I could imagine it gets real hot during the summer. There...More

My husband and I brought our 12 yr old son and the family dog to camp in a shelter over spring break. Our camp had a creek full of sand bass to keep our son occupied. We brought our kayak, mountain bikes and hiking shoes....More

The park is beautiful and the staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the nightly noise from the lime plant right behind the park made for miserable nights. Back up alarms constantly going off and terrible highway noise from all the haul trucks went on all night,...More

Awesome place! Great for camping, hiking, fishing, picnics too! Close enough to town to get everything you need bc there is no longer a camp store!

CSP is one of the better SP in the DFW area; it’s not really all that busy of a park, nicely manicured park, just a few miles from Cleburne, Texas. Not very far from Dinosaur Valley State Park and Fossil Rim Wildlife Center in Glen...More

Always a good park to visit overnight or just a good day with the kids and grandkids. Always think I closer to Austin as we drive in. Entrance fee but very reasonable. Bring your own wood or pay too much.

We camped out on a Thursday night, and stayed just over the bridge from the bathroom/shower building. There were only four other campsites in use so it was quiet and peaceful at night. The swimming was great, with three children ages 12, 11, and 8...More

I don't think there is a limit, unless you plan on living there. If I read right some where it "might" be 2 weeks, but as long as you pay I don't see why there would be a limit. You can always call and double check.

Yes! The one we stayed in was set up for an RV. All the sites on that loop (Poplar point - I think), have 30/50 Amp and sewer hookups! And those sites all have lake views/access.
