I'd recommend seeing this museum mostly for the excavated artifacts from Sarazm and Ancient Penjikent - nearby archaeological sites. The museum has eight rooms dealing with history of Penjikent, ancient sites, life and work of poet Rudaki, local customs and traditions as well as aspects...More
