Too expense! Not very well maintained and certainly not up to the standards of greater Austin museums and points of interest.

My son is 3 and loves dinosaurs. The whole family enjoyed walking the trail together and learning interesting facts about the different species. Looking at the pictures online, I wasn't sure if the exhibits would be too scary but they were not. He enjoyed searching for what was around the corner. The play area is fun too, either before or... Two kids under age 9 and everyone loved it. Under $30 for the whole family. Way more dinosaur replicas than I expected and all with great signage. Kids were engaged. Fun fossil digging exercise at the end of the walk. Souvenir shop prices were reasonable as well. Bring your own lunch and have a picnic. Highly recommend making the 30... More

This place exceeded my expectations with lots and lots of dinosaurs along their winding trail. We rented a wagon for $1, having multiple toddlers, it was well worth it. It does get busy, so go early. Hope to see them expand their picnic area and playground over the years. However, we will be back!

Our 6 year old grandson loved this place, as did we! Life sized dinosaurs and well done information plaques on the nature trail. Also, fun "eye spy" stones to search for and then find hidden objects of interest. Well worth the $7 admission. We were here about 2 hours. Nice playground and picnic area. Lots of cute dino toys and... More

An ambitious interpretation of what scientists think dinosaurs looked like, this spot is a thrill for kids under 12, maybe some teens, and pretty interesting for adults. Static models, no movement, no sound. Some look sorta amateurishly done, most are pretty believable. About 30 or 40 fiberglass/plastic dinosaurs "life size", in woodland setting, along easy to walk trails. No hills.... More

This is a great place to spend a half day. LOTS of fun dinosaurs to learn about, including an eye-spy game to play as you walk the trail. The park area at the end is just as fun, with a playscape, a fossil digging area, and picnic tables. Pack a lunch and plan to spend a few hours here. Well... More

We visited Dinosaur Park with our 3 children (11, 8, 5) while camping at nearby Buescher State Park. I had told my oldest about it ahead of time because I was afraid that it would be geared towards younger children and she'd be bored, but she liked it as much as they did. There is 3 different things to do:... More

We stopped here on the way to Lake LBJ with our 2-year-old and 4.5-year-old. I was a little nervous that they wouldn't like it or be scared, but they LOVED it!!! They would run down the trail until they saw a dinosaur and then get SO excited about the new Dino. The Park also offers an iSpy game. The points... More

We went here for my daughter's 1st grade field trip and it was pretty fun. It's geared more to younger kids so they thought it was interesting. They have a walking tour/scavenger hunt to see all the dinosaurs and also a playground picnic area which was nice. And of course you can't leave without something from the gift shop!
