Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Came for the wine but enjoyed the food and the idea of supporting “the city of hope” concept.
Established as a community for special needs individuals it rocks. The wine unfortunately did not.
Grapes are sourced throughout Israel and processed locally.
Tried their premium tasting and was disappointed in variety and quality…but we come from Sonoma Wine Country. The salads were delicious and the server Mia charming.

We had a lovely visit to Tulip. It is a small winery adjacent to the Village of Hope, a kibbutz for special needs adults. Some of their employees are from the village and it is so wonderful to see how they are valued. Sivan was so welcoming, and gave us a tour of the winemaking process, followed by a tasting. The variety was excellent and all the wines were superb! We ordered wine to be shipped to the US and it arrived very quickly and was well-packed. Highly recommend this experience when visiting Israel!

We chose to visit Tulip Winery because we read about the owner's philanthropy and support of the Village of Hope. Staff member, Lital Roth, provided a delicious wine tasting experience with a wonderful cheese board during which she blended information about the wine with the support given to the community for adults with disabilities by the winemaker and his family. We were moved by the focus on the meaningful life experiences provided by the winemaker family to the community members including the wine-making and processing, arts initiatives, and candle-making. During our visit, they were in the process of building a petting zoo, which promises to be an excellent experience for visitors and meaningful work, education, and therapy for the community members. We enjoyed meeting some of the community members and observe the bottling and packaging process. Be sure to ask about the moving story behind the wine label. We purchased wine onsite and are actively recommending Tulip wines to friends and family, not only because the wine is delicious but also because the winemaker and family deserve support for their selfless caring for these adults in need.

Wow, Tulip is a phenomenal place, and the wines are amazing! The story of Tulip is wonderful enough, but the hospitality of the staff is an added bonus. Lital was wonderful, friendly, and did a great job explaining the wines. We definitely will come again on our next trip to Israel!

We had a wonderful visit to Tulip Winery where we had very personal service and great conversations with people who worked there. We were lucky it was quiet when we went. I was very impressed that this winery employs people with disabilities. Great kosher mehadrin non mevushal wine.

First off the Tulip Winery is a total class act. Not only do they have a first rate winery, and not only are they attentive to every detail of their guests, they also have a first rate story. The winery located in Kfar Tikvah employs special needs adults who make their home in the town of Kfar Tikvah.
If you love wine and want to combine it with one of a feel good story then you will absolutely make the Tulip Winery a stop when you are in Israel.
Fantastic!!!!
