July 2010 was my first visit! On our way to San Antonio. A factory tour, one free BIG scoop at the end of the tour. Each additional scoop just one dollar! We moved to Brenham in December 2015. Since then, we have visited The Creamery...More

We have visited many times, sometimes including the tour and other times not. Either way, best place for a giant scoop of Blue Bell ice cream!

I am a blue bell fanatic. I just had to go see it. I loved their country store and the ice cream parlor! I would recommend going to anyone who loves delicious ice cream and nice people!

Interesting observation of ice cream production. Knowledgeable tour guides. Best value "scoop" of ice cream for $1.

Blue Bell no longer offers tours of the manufacturing facility, but there is an observation deck where you can watch several different ice creams being packaged. They had a helpful employee there to answer any questions we asked. Of course, we enjoyed ice cream afterward,...More

We've been on the tour before, so this time just went straight to the tasting room. Huge scoops of ice cream for $1. Choose between all the latest flavors. I hope someday that Blue Bell will offer organic options and get away from the corn...More

We love Blue Bell ice cream and decided to stop and look around the creamery. It was neatly decorated. All the employees we came in contact with were very nice. There's no tours at this time, but we were able to view the production line...More

A must stop to their onsite ice cream parlor for a taste of their traditional and new flavors. Always good but more so on a hot summer day. Take time to stop and you won't regret it!

Obviously a place to stop if you are in the area, and you can purchase shirts and other Blue Bell items you can't get anywhere else. But you can't see much of the process. In fact, on Saturday afternoon they even closed the observation area...More

This has never happened to me so I am not sure. Bluebell is the best ice cream I have ever had....especially their homemade vanilla. The opposite of cheap flavored ice cream. I'm sorry you had a bad experience.
