We didn't have a lot of time to explore the area like we wanted. We would love to go back one day. The area is beautiful and the history of the lake is neat. Would love to go back and see some eagles!

I drove in near dusk and found a very helpful campground host. I paid $9 for a one night primitive camping site. He wanted to put me near others in a site that was more expensive than what I had paid for, I think to...More

The camping ground was the breeding place for a zillion mosquitoes. We had a horrible experience. The staff should have made some effort to employee pest control measures so that campers could have a more pleasant camping experience.
