    Even better the 2nd time
We went to the Christmas show two years ago, and this show was almost completely different, but we thought it was even funnier this time around. I think it is so much more challenging to create a comedy show that is also clean enough for the entire family, and they do a wonderful job at that. Always fun meeting the actors/comedians
Hi David! Thanks for the amazing review! We're glad you had a good time!

    Kids loved it
This is my kids' favorite show in Pigeon forge. They were laughing non stop. 5 stars from my children. I would recommend this show mostly to families with young kinds. The jokes were primitive( Walmart type jokes). Some acts were poor. The venue is very outdated. Overall it's a good show for kids.
Howdy! We're glad we put on a 5 star performance for your youngin's. Thanks for the review.

My glorious king, Cuz’n Jordan.

Good, clean fun and a ton of laughs!
Unbelievable that in our 40+ years of coming to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, we have never attended a Comedy Barn show! We decided to change that last night and we are glad we did. To an almost sold out crowd, the show opens to loud but “get with it” music with the Comedy Barn Band. It was one comedy routine after another and so funny. I was lucky to step out of my comfort zone and grab a selfie with the funniest guy in the show during intermission. Thanks for the good, clean laughs!
Hay Candace! We thank you for sharing your experience! We are glad we helped you out of your comfort zone!

The show was entertaining but squeaky clean. A cast of musicians and comedians provide about 2 hours of performances. This included non-comedy acts such as clogging, singing, magic, and animal acts. (The animals were very cute etc but not amazing.) I wouldn't suggest this show for a group of guys for instance.

    They keep you laughing!
I have been to The Comedy Barn several times and loved it each time. We took our young grandkids this time and they were entertained throughout the whole show. It's nice that the actors come out and interact with the audience during the intermission. It's truly a very funny, very family-friendly show, and I'm sure we will go again in the future.
Hay Brenda! Thanks for sharing your review! We hope to y'all again soon!

Had a Blast at the Comedy Barn!
Had a really good time. It's quite a variety comedy show - ventriloquist act, animal tricks, some things harder to describe but a lot of fun. They came and brought in a number of audience members to the stage (I'm an introvert and thankfully didn't get sucked into that). One thing...this is a comedy show, not 'dinner and' a show, unlike Dolly Parton's Stampede or Pirates Voyage. They have concessions, including slushies, but you may wish to book later and eat elsewhere first compared to the other options.
Hay Dr Rich! We are happy to hear y'all had a blast. Thanks for the excellent review!

Do not miss this show when visiting Pigeon Forge, TN!! So much fun packed into a couple of hours. Good clean family fun and hilarious from start to finish. The cast is great and they all give back to the community. If you buy a shirt it is guaranteed for life, you just bring it back and they trade it out for you and use the old shirt to shred and use to make toys for dogs. If we could have we would have gone back the next night but they were sold out!
Hay Debbie! Thanks for sharing the review and the excellent recommendation!

My husband and I bought a cabin in Sevierville and are trying out the different shows to see which ones we would recommend to guests. This is definitely one of them. The music is mostly country with a bit of gospel, and the musicians are talented with guitars, drums, fiddle, and harmonica. They paid tribute to military, veterans, and first responders.

The comedy was funny! My favorite was the ping pong guy - he is a riot. He was all over the place!!! Just great. The ventriloquist was very talented and had two great bits. Adding kids from the audience was funny, too. Highly recommend. Oh, and the tshirts here are only about $10and they come with a lifetime guarantee. If anything happens to the shirt, you can bring it back and they replace. Concession stand has ice cream, popcorn, pizza, soda, sweet snacks, and more.

Just loved it and would definitely go back!!

My teenage son booked the show. Due to Covid-19 they practice very good protocols, taking your temperature before entering, seating is well spaced and clean. The Christmas show is entertaining with a combination of comedy, bird show, singing , juggling, tap dancing and ventriloquism. Expect to pay movie show price for drinks and popcorn. $$. We enjoyed the show but we liked the Baldknobbers in Branson better. Although we would probably do it again. It lasted 1.5 hours. The small children (3-8) in the audience seemed bored and not interested.

We have seen videos from our family members in the past and knew we would like it. Everything was done in good taste which included participation from the audience. Kids to seniors will enjoy this music and comedy performance. We enjoyed it... A+

Not the same with COVID. I have been going to this show for years with the family. This was the worst I have ever seen it. You start by going in and having your family photo. After you take the picture nobody ever tells you how to view or buy the picture. There is no intermission like there used to be so if you want something in the gift shop, you better get it in the beginning. At the end of the show you exit out of the emergency doors into the parking lot.

As far as the show goes....there has always been the really boring parts that nobody laughs at. That always happens before the first intermission. Unfortunately they doubled up on it in this show with the ventriloquist. He basically has a book of 25 jokes that you would buy in a school book fair and uses them. I'm dead serious people in the audience were looking at each other like "did he really just use that?" They used him not once but twice! The best part of the show was always the audience participation parts. They said due to COVID-19 they don't do that now. They replaced all the funniest parts with some really boring "who's on first" routines and bad magic tricks. The juggler was funny as usual. He has been doing it a while. Although he said he couldn't juggle the ping pong balls out of his mouth because of COVID and yet the very next "magician" spent 10 minutes spitting blue foam ball from his mouth.

If they could keep the ventriloquist off the stage as well as not have the tall male singer try to be funny... They might be able to save it.

Over the years, we have attended shows at The Comedy Barn many times. The level of comedy has totally gone downhill over the years to the point where comedy is almost zero. There were no barnyard animals in our show. The troop of cats doing tricks was cute. The two cloggers were high energy and great performers. In previous shows there was a larger group of cloggers. Farmer Klemm's "comedy" is mostly geared to selling Comedy Barn toys: skunk toy with a spring for $20. and a snake toy with a spring so it jumps out of any container. In the skit where the group of about 6 kids were being enticed by Farmer Klemm to milk the toy snake with a spring that was hidden in a basket, the kids stole the show and were funnier than the professional comedian Klemm. Our three year old thought Farmer Klemm was funny pulling balls out of his mouth, but that's the humor level of a three year old. The ventriloquist with the monkey dummy was dreadful and not funny at all. The comedian guy who frantically and repeatedly runs out on stage screaming and jumping around had a few skills. He balanced on a board placed on a roller and could juggle. His main move was repeatedly rubbing his shoe on the floor so it made a screeching sound. That's funny? The funniest bit in the show was done by Wayne, a guy from the audience. He slid his shoe across the floor, copying the professional. Wayne, the volunteer, was funny to the point that the professional threw Wayne's shoe on top of a house on stage, so he could not scrape his shoe any more. Wayne showed him - Wayne scraped his bare foot and then scraped the shoe on the other foot. It is a sad day in the comedy world when a bunch of audience kids and audience guy Wayne are all tons funnier and more entertaining than the comedy show professionals. All the comedy skits are painfully long and too drawn out, since they are not really funny. The singers and band are great. We especially loved the very talented fiddler and singer. We did like the recognition of the veterans and any active military members of the audience. One thing they do well is moving between ending one act and setting up for the next one. - it is quick. The skit that was a throw back to Hee Haw was just corny, not at all funny. If you are a grown up, you will not find any skillful , thoughtful, or talented comedy here. This is a variety show pure and simple - performing cats, cloggers, singers and a band, and a fiddler.

I first want to say I have been to the comedy barn numerous times over the years. My last visit was this past Tuesday night. I understand with covid things are not the same like they used to be and they gotta change things up cause of it but with that said this show now is just boring. My party laughed like 3 good times during the whole show and that was it. Some of the things they was doing they was dragging out way too long to the point everyone was looking at each other like really come on just get to it. Just not funny like it used to be more corny then anything. I know they use to do a lot of things on stage with crowd participation and I understand with covid they don’t want too. But we also went to pirates voyage show and they pulled some ppl from the audience for some activities and made them wear a mask that’s what comedy barn needs to do have ppl keep their mask on while they are on stage. I’m sad to say but this will be my last show we will go too it’s just not worth the money anymore. Too expensive for what it is anymore. Also while your standing in line for the show waiting to be seated you feel like your in jail the way they talk to you and tell you stop by bathroom and concession stand while your in line or you gotta go back out and get back in line again yea right!

You first have to realize that when you get there there will be a long line of people waiting to get in. Hopefully you have a ticket otherwise you won’t be getting in. Don’t panic the line moves very quickly. They are extremely efficient in the way they get you into the theater. Upon entering it’s like going into a movie theater in that you can buy popcorn hotdogs and other treats. The show has several acts including a dog act, a ventriloquist, comedians, a band and singers, and cloggers. So much fun! So much talent! There is so much going on the children of all ages and adults are going to enjoy this show.

Always go to Comedy Barn! It’s funny ever time and clean, good fun! The cast interacts with audience and you have non stop laughs. Very affordable as opposed to many shows in the area. Go see them! You will no doubt have a good time!! Snack bar available in lobby.

I have been to the Comedy Barn many times over the last 15 years. It is the one place that I will get tickets for whenever I vacation in Pigeon Forge. As soon as you get out of the car and approach the building there are things set up along the way that will evoke a smile or laughter. Once inside you are greeted by a very friendly staff and often times the entertainers themselves. The smell of popcorn gives off such a welcoming aroma that you may want to walk around the gift shop for a few minutes before taking your seat. But don't wait to long before being seated as the entertainers will come by and make you feel at home. But watch out for Farmer Clem, he may have his pet"kitty" with him who his kind of a mischevious sort. The guys and gals who are on stage are very funny and very very talented. I think that you will laugh, applaud and be amazed at what a bird, dog or cat has been taught to do. This show is without a doubt, worth the price of admission.- Craig from Maryland

This show will have you laughing from beginning to end. It has everything from ventriloquists to clogging and you stay entertained throughout. The only problem I encountered was the way they’ve chosen to handle the distribution of tickets- if you’re not prepared to stand in line for a while to get them this one isn’t for you-
