Do not use this company. I had a terrible experience with Metro Livery. I booked them to pick me and my elderly aunt up from a wedding we attended in Nashville. I received a call at the time they were supposed to pick us up and was told the driver was stuck in traffic in Franklin and would not be there for another hour. I told them I would have to make other arrangements and the lady said she understood and would refund the charge. I have been calling and emailing them for 6 weeks and still have not received the refund.

Ms. Donna, we did try to refund the charge to you the next day. But we kept getting an error message that says bad gateway, and could not get the moneys to get refunded. We did try. Call us again, if you have not been able to dispute the card.

We had a party of 5 for a guys golf outing and civil war tour long weekend. We were driven in their "RoadStallion" which is basically a Mercedes Sprinter on steroids (in all ways). We all felt like movie stars pulling up in that thing. The interior was like a private luxury jet, complete with luxury swiveling and reclining captains chairs, refrigerator, WiFi, big screen TVs with ROKU, Netflix, etc. When asked, I was informed that the base of that RoadStallion was a Mercedes Sprinter chassis but it's a lot wider and taller and far more opulent. I believe it could seat 8. Five of us split the cost and it wasn't bad at all. Will definitely do it again.

Do not use this service.
After our experience I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re going out of business, but I figure it’s better to be safe than sorry. I’ve never left an online review before since I try to give others the benefit of the doubt.
My fiancée and I booked a getaway limousine two months prior to our wedding. We paid in full at that time as well. My fiancée noticed a refund come through 1 week before our wedding. There was no reason listed in the cancellation confirmation. She called and spoke with the receptionist, who assumed that it was a mistake and assured us she’d call us back once she sorted it out.
That didn’t happen. We called and spoke with the owner/manager the next day - now less than 1 week from our wedding day. All she said was “we sold all of our white limousines yesterday. You’ll have to find another service to use”. When I proceeded to ask why she wouldn’t at least make a phone call to the customer after cancelling their reservation 1 week from their wedding day (yes, they knew. “Getaway car” is listed on the initial confirmation and the cancellation) she actually hung up the phone. No apology, no “how about a black one?”, no solutions. Nothing.
Actually - when we asked about other options she said “find another company”. Then she hung up.
We are now 3 days from the wedding, and we will have to use our own car to leave. Since it’s prom season we haven’t been able to find another limousine, which is fine I suppose. It was just the professionalism of the whole situation that boggles my mind. We did speak to another company while looking around and they said that this company hasn’t owned limos in 5 years. I’m unsure how true that is, so take it with a grain of salt.
FYI - Google reviews for this company are excellent, but Yelp reviews are terrible. I’d assume there’s something fishy going on there.

I have used Metro Livery for our visitors for over a decade and have had nothing but excellent service. Maybe two decades! It's been so long.... They even forgave me when I requested a 3:30 AM pick up when I meant 3:30 PM.... and they were there at 3:30 AM! They are always early -- they are quick to respond to calls, emails, special requests -- nothing but excellent staff, drivers, cars, shuttles, limos... I cannot recommend them highly enough. I believe their attention to detail extends to the quality and safety of their vehicles. I highly recommend this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! What was communicated, especially the charges, and what we requested wasn't was we got.
Most importantly when following up on a refund and to simply understand the charges, Jenny the owner was beyond RUDE and argumentative in the background, though she wouldn't get on the phone! Out of spite, she then proceeded to have my CC run again for additional charges while I was on the phone! She has NO idea how to run a business or what customer service is. I've never experienced worse customer service in my life.
Apparently she he doesn't need the business - so do the company a favor STAY AWAY and spread the word for her. Metro, the OWNER no less, is a nightmare. In hindsight, if you do your homework you'll find similar reviews.

Do not recommend. My now-husband and I booked a transport from our wedding to our hotel downtown. When our driver arrived - after texting us “Hello Mr & Mrs! This is your getaway driver, I am on my way” - he got to the venue too early from the booking time and said that they “didn’t know” this was a wedding and he couldn’t take us because we didn’t book the 3 hour wedding minimum. He basically gave us the ultimatum to leave our reception early without notice to our guests or he would leave because he “had somewhere else to be”. We spent the last 20 minutes of our wedding reception outside trying to talk the driver into taking us to our hotel but he said he couldn’t wait and left. We called a Lyft from our own wedding. Should have just done that in the first place, save yourself the trouble. Metro Livery didn’t even have the decency to apologize when I sent an email explaining what happened.

clean, comfortable ride to many locations around the Nashville area. driver was there when i landed, at the location given to me by the dispatch office. got me to my hotel promptly, and for a lot less than taxi service! definitely the way to go in Nashville!

My driver was there to pick me up on time and was very pleasant and professional. He greeted me with his name and took my luggage. He opened my doors for me and was very insightful about the city of Nashville. He told me of some great places for food and fun. This was my first trip in 15 years to Nashville and everything has changed so much. I would like to also mention that booking the trip was easy and their customer service was top notch. The pricing was very reasonable especially for the the service I got when I got there and for my return trip to the airport. I will definitely be using Metro Livery again for my car service.

They added an hour extra charge to our trip without any notification of discussion. They said when queried it was the time to get to their location (not the pick up / drop off point) - I have never had a car service do this.
