Radnor Lake is one of those places that just captures your heart. It's a wonderful place for a quiet romantic stroll whether it's a crisp fall afternoon or a warm Saturday morning. The scenery is great, the people you'll encounter are typical Nashvillians...warm, friendly, and happy. It's a little slice of nature heaven on the outskirts of the city...an absolute... More

I have hiked the trails at Radnor many times. The trails are always very clean and full of friendly families or other hikers. The lake makes for a tranquil backdrop to your leisurely hike or running experience. The parking lot is perfectly placed at the trail head and plenty of parking is available. I do not suggest you bring tiny... More

Would love to take advantage of this local resource, but my dog hikes with me no matter what. Such a shame.

We brought our dog for a hike at this state park and she was only allowed on the paved roads. It was a cute area.

Radnor Lake is in the heart of Nashville and is a great place to walk or hike. It is family friendly. People walk their dogs and bring their children. You will find turtles sunning on a log in the lake, or people bird watching. The Aviary is open about 3 days a week and is worth the up hill trek... More

The parking can be a bit crowded on the weekends, but this is a beautiful clean slice of heaven. Enjoy, look for turtles, beavers, deer and relax with nature!

We had a Family Reunion and on Sunday we all hiked around Radnor Lake State Park. We loved the park, the turtles, and the deer.

This is perfect if you want to get out and do a quick run in an area which will take you away from the City. Distance is short from downtown, and you are transported to a nice nature reserve, with a path to run around a calming lake. Nice workout for business travelers,

Had a great time hiking at Radnor Lake State Park. Different levels of hiking terrain and enjoyed the quiet of the area. Make sure you get there early as parking is limited. Would recommend to anyone!

Great trails will guide you around Lake Radnor. For those who want flatland for walking, there is a trail that will take you around the lake via flatland. For those who like hills and more challenging walking/hiking, they have a trail that takes you around the lake but up on the hills. Very well maintained and clean. Lovely views. Deer... More
