    Amazing Place
Not been a great country and western fan both my husband and I thought this museum was absolutely amazing and we definitely learned a lot about country and western music that’s for sure. At the end you go though the hall of fame people that are/were inductees that’s what I also found very interesting. There is the obligatory gift shop on the way out that has a vast selection of goodies, sadly to say the member of staff that I interacted with was most rude, as everything I seemed to pick up had no price on and she wasn’t very helpful, needless to say I didn’t purchase anything from this place and got my goodies from another place.

Museum and Studio B Combo Pkg.
This was a good combo package but it is a bit pricey, especially if paying for a family. Studio B tour was well done; the tour guide was entertaining and very knowledgeable. The Museum is huge! Allow plenty of time; don't spend too much time on the early history of country music or you may be too tired to see all of the latest stuff! I wish one could get a paper copy of the exhibit floor map. The downloadable map is too hard to follow. (Too small to see on a phone screen.)

    Not enough 90’s Country
The museum really focuses on the early history of country music. There really is not much about the 90’s when country music skyrocketed which was disappointing. Need more stuff on Garth Brooks, George Straight, Reba etc.

Glad I went, but not a comfortable visit.
Be prepared to bend, stoop, and squint. A lot. The placards describing the exhibits are seldom at eye level and tend to be farther back in the display cases. Felt like I was constantly bending down to read the placards and wishing I could read them more easily. We didn’t purchase the audio tour and wonder if we had if that would’ve made it a 5 star experience.

    Worthwhile but crowded
We planned a visit to the museum and is definitely worth a visit. There are so many exhibits and interesting things to see and read. You can really spend as much time as you want. The instrument collection is amazing! The biggest downside is that it’s so crowded.

Not to be missed even if you aren’t a real country music fan!
I could have spent another two hours reading about and listening to music by the greatest of Country Music’s history, from the beginning to the present. The museum is very well arranged and easy to get around! Definitely with a visit!

    Studio B was awesome!
We took the Country Music Hall of Fame and Studio B tour. Both we nice but by far the Studio B Tour with Ron was exceptional! We learned so many things that day that we would never have known if not for Ron and how awesome to be in the studio we’re so many greats like Elvis, Willie, Dolly, Roy Orbison, just to name a few have recorded! For us this was the best part of the day, Studio B should not be missed!

    Must see museum!
This is a must see while visiting Nashville! The exhibits and artifacts were well displayed and written out with much information about each artist. I would give yourself at least two hours to go through all of it but it could take longer depending on how in-depth you read through it all.

Not just for country music fans.
Spent the week between Christmas and New Years in Nashville. We had never been to Nashville so wanted the complete experience and so that meant visiting the Country Music Hall of Fame. And since our hotel was only 1 block away, it was easy to do. We didn't have tickets ahead of time, but there was no line so we got right in. Don't forget to ask for a senior or military discount if you qualify. There were plenty of things to see and do so even us non country fans spent 2 hours there. I would definitely recommend it.

    A Must-See
This was a great way to spend a few hours. We did not opt to do a tour but went through on our own. So many great things to look at and listen to. It was also kept very up to date which was impressive. Close to other downtown attractions. Would highly recommend as a way to spend an afternoon.

The Best Hall of Fame and Museum, we have ever toured in the USA and reasonably priced.

Numerous displays and exhibits of Country & Western Artists photos/pictures, guitars, outfits, artifacts and other memorabilia assembled in chronological order based on time ( as the artists evolved over time).

My wife and I spent half-a-day touring the museum but one could easily spend several days there if you wanted to read each and every display, etc.

Will definitely return!

We went on a cold, rainy winter Saturday and the place was so crowded. I went that day thinking no one would be out. Line to buy a ticket super long then the line to try and see the exhibits was long. If you want to see a museum of what every country music artist wore and one of their instruments, this is your place. Because that’s all it is. We quickly walked through. I honestly thought Madame Tussaud’s at Opry Mills was cooler than here.

We enjoyed our visit to the Hall of Fame. The top floor is devoted to the history and origins of country music, and the second floor has a lot of information and displays about specific country artists, from Willie Nelson to Taylor Swift to Kasey Musgraves.

The only negative comment I have is that due to COVID the museum had signs out front telling me to purchase tickets online, so I bought them through Trip Advisor. After touring the museum, we wanted to upgrade our tickets to season passes, but were unable to do so due to purchasing them through a third-party vendor. This was disappointing and frustrating. Otherwise, a worthwhile experience.

There is NO WAY that you can complete a tour in 2 hours or less, especially if you are a country music fan. My sister and I were there for four hours! We saw and admired every single item in the museum, and would have lingered longer except we DID NOT eat breakfast before arriving at 9:30.
We ordered tickets the day before online, and I recommend getting the audio guide (an extra $5). It is a handset that gives supplemental information to the exhibit. The lay out of the museum is practical and the flow of people is efficient. The video rooms were enlightening and entertaining. If you are in Nashville, you MUST include this on your list of things to do. Just don’t forget to eat first!

Very enjoyable and interesting museum if you love country music. So many different pieces of memorabilia to see! This museum starts back in the early days of country music all the way to our present artists. We visited on a Friday afternoon, it was busy but you could still see everything while taking your time. If you want to do something beyond the basic tour, book in advance, those attractions sell out first thing in the morning. I would recommend buying the Nashville city pass, saves us a lot of money on the five attractions we visited while in town.

When in Nashville a visit to one of the music museums is a must. During the Thanksgiving holiday my initial activity plans with my daughters was to attend the country music museum until we got there and experienced the long wait lines. Plan B turned into a most satisfying experience at the Musicians Hall of Fame. Especially if you enjoy a variety of music genre, besides country.

We planned to spend our entire Friday at the Hall of Fame thinking that it would be enough time to take everything in. New to country music, there was so much. We started out day with a tour of Sudio B, (we were transfered there by bus) the studio where hundreds if not thousands of hit songs were recorded over the years that it was in operation. May and seen like a simple room with a Hammond B-3 and Elvis' favorite Steinway, but the history made it so much more. When we returned to the main museum, we began our tour of the memorabilia which traces the beginnning of many of the act over what seemed like a century. Rhinestoned coustumes, guitars, informative exhibiits, outrageous cars and stage costumes that were both guady and and exciting at the same time. We ended our day with the separate. tour of the Hatch Printing shop which has been the vendor to the industry since 1875. A very interesting show. After more than 4 hours there, we had to get ready to head to the Grand Ole' Opry. We will go back to see what we missed on our next trip to Nashville.

I am a fan of country music and after reading the reviews the visit to the Country Music Hall of Fame was a must! To say I was disappointed is a bit of an understatement. I purchased tickets online and chose the 9am slot. The website says to arrive ten minutes early and we did. It was freezing outside and we stood at the locked door for the entire ten minutes watching the staff watch us because they will not open the doors until after the clock strikes 9, so ignore the website instruction to arrive early if you pick the first time slot.
The exhibits were in no real order and there were very little exhibits for what I consider real country music artists. There were a couple of cars and motorcycles on display and for each artist there was a pair of boots, guitar or a stage outfit displayed. There was however a very large exhibit on Kacey Musgraves and a fake replica of a Taylor Swift bus, both were very unimpressive. I wouldn’t go back.

We went in the summer time (July 2023) and during the weekend that George Strait was doing two back to back sold out shows. So the crowds were LARGE! Saturday the HOF was sold out all day very early. They recommend to buy online ahead of time and we HIGHLY suggest doing that. We were able to book Sunday for 9am when they first opened and there was a smaller crowd and we were able to enjoy everything. It was reasonably priced. They don’t have an expansive gift shop but it has a little something for everyone. There’s a Stetson shop which is expensive but if that’s not an issue for you the stuff is pretty cool in there. There’s a little food and drink place in the museum. There’s restrooms throughout which was nice. They have fun interactive things to do throughout. It is a lot of outfits and guitars. We found the lyric wall to be cool! If you are into doing touristy attractions and love country music this is probably worth doing! It’s near Bridgestone arena and downtown bar area. Parking was close (parking around the city seems in general seems easy to navigate) and was priced well being so close. There’s stairs so be prepared for that but there’s also elevators.

We had a local recommend the museum to us so we put it on our "must see" list. It seemed like a lot of reading in the exhibits on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Very devoted to the older artists, not much on the last 20 yrs. Cool collection right now of Kasey Musgraves' outfits. We had two teens with us (both very into pop country) and they were bored 15 min in.
