First let me say that I am not an official country music fan. I appreciate that Genre and what it has to offer but it's just not what I choose to listen to. That being said, I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this museum &...More

A really well thought out exhibition in superb building. We spent 4 hours there and very impressed. The layout and presentations have been so well designed. A must see on a visit to Nashville

I had higher expectations of this museum. Where was the music? You walk through and read, but there should be music of each person readily available to play. This was very disappointing. The best part was the Bob Dylan / Johnny Cash Exhibit. These were...More

We ended up standing in line over 30 minutes to get tickets; only two ticket agents working? This really set off our experience in a a negative light. They do give AAA & AARP discounts so ticket was $22.50. The layout was quite well done...More

Not really country music people, but a fabulous place to visit. We were there close to 4 hours and still didn’t see everything.

We were in town with a convention and had a private event including the museum. Not being a much of a country music listener/fan, I wasn't sure how it would be. However it was fabulous! I knew many of the names from growing up and...More

I don’t think that is the target audience for much in Nashville or this museum. It might work for pre-teens and teens but there is not much for younger kids and even older kids may not really appreciate exhibits which seemed... More

I am not sure but I believe if you get one of those pamphlets in the stands you see at all the hotels, airports and so on you may get a coupon for a couple of dollars off. I know we did get a coupon for the Ryman.

it is very much a self guided tour. They do have an audio tour you can purchase and if I recall you touch the number for the display that you want information about. It is very leisurely and go at your own pace.
