Spend the few minutes to walk out for the views.
First off, I love a good pedestrian bridge in any city, so I am definitely biased. It’s near Broadway but you walk out and get great views of the downtown skyline and the Nissan stadium where the Titans play. It is quiet and you just get to experience Nashville in a different way. And it’s free.

    Great Photo Opp
This is a great spot to take a few photos of the beautiful downtown. It's pretty close to the Country Music Hall of Fame and the Walk of Fame, so this is a worth a quick visit! Definitely go to the spots that jut out a little bit for the best photo.

    Great view!
Worth it for the views! Skyline on one side, Nissan Stadium on the other. Also they don’t use this name. It’s just a pedestrian bridge. Nashville entrance side not well signed nor touristy. More of a parking garage construction zone feel. But that said it was fine to go up during the day. Didn’t walk all the way across, so can’t speak to the other side. Easy walk from the main downtown Broadway area.

My wife and I and our son and his girlfriend walked across the bridge towards Nashville on the way to the Country Music Hall of Fame. Nice views. When we were in Nashville 3 years ago in April, we almost crossed it in the other direction, but we were cold, as it was unusually cold, actually snow flurries.

We parked on the side of the bridge opposite the city (in the stadium parking lot) and walked over to downtown Nashville. The views were beautiful the entire way over. And we got a lot of nice pictures. The bridge drops you off right in the middle of all the sites, like Broadway, etc.

It was a great walk with a gorgeous view of downtown Nashville. Definitely the best spot to take a picture. Not crowded at all since we went on a Monday and most kids have started school. It was hot so bring a water bottle. Great place to also rent and ride a electric bike & scooter nearby.

Decided to walk to the Ryman rather then Uber it, this gives a great view of the river and surrounding area. We went late afternoon and when we returned at night, the view was different with the lights and view of another lighted bridge. Would definitely recommend this stop and it’s free!

This bridge was a short walk from our hotel. During our stay, I visited three times at different times of the day. Nashville looks great from the bridge. It is fun to people watch or see what is going on on the river. Great place for photos.

Be careful walking under the bridge from The Four Seasons to Broadway. During a midday Sunday walk a full beer bottle was thrown from top of bridge drenching us with beer. The bottle narrowly missed hitting my hit and bounced off my back shoulder exploding on the ground behind me. Needless to say, not feeling very safe in Nashville. Additionally, under the bridge is a relatively large contingent of homeless people which reminds me of Kensington for any travelers from the Philly area.

We had a great breeze on a warm afternoon crossing the pedestrian bridge near Nissan Stadium that spans the Cumberland River on what once was an automobile bridge. We watched the boats below and a family living an experience of a marriage proposal on the bridge. Nobody jumped so I guess it went well. We would be passing underneath this bridge on our General Jackson Showboat ride for lunch tomorrow.

Called ahead to Metro PD to ask about parking the RV in the Broadway area. (Especially after the bomber!) Very nice sargent told us the best place to park would be at Nissan Stadium and walk the bridge! Great idea!!! Barely a 1/2 mile to the Ryman, come down on 3rd Ave between Demonbreun and Broadway. Great views of downtown and the Cumberland from the bridge!

We decided to walk over the bridge since it was close to the parking garage we used. What an amazing view of the city!! If you are in downtown then you have to take a walk across the bridge. We were there in the afternoon but I'm sure its even more scenic at night...
