Have you ever ask the question, whatever happen to old fashion service and country hospitality? Look no further. The Yea Winery Cidery and Brewery will meet all your expectations and more. It is an Aladdin's Cave of an amazing selection of wines and ciders. Wait! You must try their chilli wine. Served chilled and a small amount is all you need. Their passionfruit cider is heavenly. I would be pleased to return for another visit. Do stop by and experience this wonderful establishment.

After going for a walk along the old railway line, we decided to have a look at this establishment. I really love my ginger beers, so i was excited to see they sold one call Ginger Ninga!! It was so delicious. I wish i had bought extra bottles. Will go back and stock up.

Came for the high tea.
Savoury items overcooked. Tea and coffee not included .Having said that it was only $25. You did get cider and wine tasting .
The guy that ran the show was amusing

As usual we were pushing it for time and had Googled Yea Cider and wines. Sure enough they were going to be closing, just as we arrived they were going to close.
We rang ahead to see if they would still be open and when we said we would be there by 4 our amazing Host Steve ensured us that it was not a problem and he would stay upon until 5 so we could do some tasting.
Steve was fantastic. Full of knowledge about the region and what it has to offer!

What a find so close to home it's the perfect place to spend a afternoon and only a short drive from Glenburn.
Great variety of ciders priced reasonable and the chocolate port wine to die for.

On our way home from a fabulous Aussie day long w/e in Seymour we noticed a new attraction in Yea. Yea Winery, cidery & brewery, so we stopped and went in, we where greeted with a friendly welcome, some great wines at great prices amazing "Port style " chocolate wines, we joined the VIP club so they can inform us there many events i.e. "the wok off" held during the year. Looking forward to many a visit and staying in Yea for these events.

Girls weekend . The host was lovely and very welcoming . We all tried different things . I bought a bottle of Pinot Gris local and 3 ginger ninja alcoholic ginger beer and 3 local beers . Very reasonably priced and free tasting . Definitely worth a visit and just off the main road

Entering the tasting room, we wondered if we had made a big mistake as there was nothing really inviting about the set up. However, we were greeted by Steve who had a story to go with every wine, cider and port we tasted. The experience couldn't have been better. Although we weren't too keen on the straight wines, the Chili wine (from fermented jalapenos - no grapes) was absolutely awesome. Although it sounds so hot as to be undrinkable, it was surprisingly good. We also tried the white chocolate port (which again sounds odd) but found it to taste like alcoholic chocolate. Yum!! We just loved the fact that they were trying new things - and successfully. An absolute must if visiting Yea.
