We were welcomed on-board by the captain and crew, and given the captain's tip of where to sit for the best cruise and scenery. Thanks!! Overall it takes about two hours which is ample time to see the wild life and the drowned river gums, which are really a highlight of the lake. Also interesting to note the difference in housing rules Vic v NSW, apparently you'll pay more in NSW but your house can run right down to the river. You can buy drinks and food on-board and of course there is a toilet. Great outing when visiting Yarrawonga.

A lovely lunch experience on the Paradise Queen. Strongly recommend including the meal - a barbecue with fresh salads was good value. A bar with a great selection of wines and beers (Stubbies $5.) It was very relaxing. Travis, our host, provided an informative and entertaining commentary and was most considerate and helpful.

We did a sunset cruise, dinner was chicken or steak as option with salads and a bread roll. Cash only on board for drinks and to pay for your tickets dinner is $43 a head dinner and cruise. Desert cheesecake or choc barvarian. Information on the local area, kids had fun in the side nets. Travis and crew deliver a great tour and experience on Lake Milliwa

What a great way to spend a relaxing couple of hours cruising Lake Mulwala enjoying a bbq lunch cooked on board and a glass of wine, soaking up the sunshine whilst enjoying the magnificent views. The red wood forest was a highlight and Captain Travis manoeuvred us through it safely. He pointed out numerous landmarks along the way, one of which was Chinaman's Island that has a walking track that I enjoyed the next day. I highly recommend Travis and his crew aboard the Paradise Queen. You won't be disappointed! Even if the weather is inclement they have inside viewing.

We visited Australia from the UK during January/February 2020 and on the February 5th we found ourselves at Lake Mulwaka and on the MV Paradise Queen.

During that afternoon we a lovely cruise around the lake and through the haunting, decaying Red Gum tree forest. It was both eerie but beautiful at the same time.

However, for us, the highlight was being present with the MV Paradise Queen's old Murray River Combined Flag that used to fly from the ships mast. It was a very kind gesture by Captain Travis, done at the time in response to some questions questions I asked about the ships flag that was being flown.

We had a great afternoon aboard the MV Paradise Queen and highly recommend the cruise. The presentation of the flag was a real bonus and I think all on board enjoyed the short presentation. Some photos have been added here.

Thank you David & Caroline for taking the time to write a review we really appreciate the feedback. It gave us a buzz to see the Murray River Combined flag being displayed in Dorest, England. Stay safe in these strange times and we hope to see you out our way again some day.

The owners of this boat hired the upstairs of the boat for a hens party with normal patrons downstairs. Hens party music was blaring upstairs and downstairs with no effort to turn it off downstairs. Music was so loud we could not hear each other talking, music was rude, disgusting and distasteful and the owners of the cruise boat did nothing about it. None of the ordinary patrons was happy and we were glad to get off. I also expected some commentary about the lake and surrounds as most tourists would expect and as they advertised. I would never recommend this cruise.

Spent a lovely lunch time cruising on the lake. Travis gave interesting information without sounding like a pre recorded script, music was enjoyable. Travis engaged with guests in a casual but informative playful manner and delivered safety messages appropriately to children. BBQ lunch was served in an efficient manner and was enjoyed.

A fabulous lunch time cruise around beautiful Lake Mulwala. Travis and his team were awesome, friendly hosts and commentary of the local area was informative. The BBQ lunch was delicious and the cost of the cruise was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend this cruise.

Doesnt matter what the weather, lake mulwala on the Paradise Queen is a beauty. Family friendly. Great dinner, laid back friendly staff who will always stop and chat for more information and the boomnetting during April is still a winner for the kids! Captian is always up for a chat and welcoming. Beautiful views all around the lake and great locals making you feel welcome from the shores. Have done both lunch and dinner cruises. Highly recommended both.

We decided as we walked past the boat this morning to take their sunset cruise and loved it! Great food, lovely service, wonderful scenery and just an overall pleasant experience. Great value for money at $45 pp including a 2 course meal and a 3 hour tour of Lake Mulwala. Loved it!
