About
Rich Glen in Yarrawonga was established 22 years ago by the Vodusek family and is currently run by fifth generation farmers Ros, a trained chef, and Daimien, a butcher. The family farm is located in North East Victoria, a hidden gem located on the banks of the mighty Murray River surrounded by red gum forests, pristine inland beaches and rows of majestic olive trees. Rich Glen produces 150 extra virgin olive-oil based food and natural skin-care products on the farm and collaborates with regional farmers using as many “local" ingredients wherever possible. The Vodusek family loves to share their beautiful property with visitors so they can immerse themselves in a truly authentic hands-on farm experience of growing, harvesting and custom making their own artisan food and skin-care products. Rich Glen is open by appointment only for pre-booked tourism experiences.

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I have been a visitor to Yarrawonga for many years, always a great pleasure lovely place., and of course always delighted to visit and have coffee or lunch at Rich Glen. Disappointed this year to find the farm closed but delighted to find two shops on Belmore Street, visited them both great stock in both and excellent service. So pleased to discover that you send to the UK. I was given tiny complimentary jars of face cream when I purchased some of your body products, I need to find out what kind they were as I would love to order some, I’ll pop an email to you to see which ones you have as samples. Good luck to you on Belmore Street, who knows maybe I’ll be back one day.

One of the (many) disadvantages of the pandemic, is the inability to spend time at this wonderful estate/shop/cafe.
We’ve just finished our 1litre bottle of Poppy’s Favourite Dressing and not being able to travel to Yarrawonga to get a replacement and wander through the wonderful range of oils, dressings, dukkahs, plus skin care, all of which are created at the Estate, is so disappointing.
The food at the cafe was delicious and original and as a Melbournian, I also loved their coffee.
Oh well. Maybe we’ll get back there someday and in the meantime if you’re in Yarrawonga, you can still shop at their outlet on the Main Street.
Also, it’s worth checking out their online shop where not only the fabulous dressings, but a range of balsamic vinegars and oils are available.

The local TIS recommended this place and we set off only to find it had bern closed for some time. A pity the local TIS had not been advised especially when tourists drive some distance to get there.

Our farm gate has been closed throughout Covid and all tourist centres have been advised that we are unable to re open as a result of Vic roads issues.
We have opened a Rich Glen shop in town called RG provedore where we sell everything that we make on our farm so hope you did get a chance to visit us there, or maybe you were confused with being told we are open at the provedore. ?
I know we have learnt a great lesson during covid and that is... You never know what sort of a battle people are fighting, mentally or physically. Maybe before you review a fa mily business so badly you should have a little think.

Do yourself a favour and try the Vitamin C skin firming serum, it's awesome. A little bottle lasts months - seriously when they say one pump for the whole face, believe it. Take in your empty bottle and they will do refills for a discounted price, making it even better value.
The body oil is pretty special too, I always get loads of compliments on how nice I smell when I use it.

Rich Glen farm is currently closed til approximately March 2021 but you can still visit their Rich Glen Provedore in the main street of Yarrawonga. The store is quite small but beautifully set out and well stocked. The customer service is still at its previous high standard. The shop was very busy and although you can order online I prefer to experience shopping instore to check out their beautiful products. Visit soon and enjoy.

Been awhile since our last visit and is still a great place to visit. Staff are friendly and most welcoming. Food was up to their usual standard. Not licensed but apparently will be shortly. The Lemon Sponge was to die for.great place for the kids, plenty of space , games provided and pat the lambs and goats. Plenty of produce for sale in the store.

Beautiful place to visit, great to walk around the gardens and look at the ornaments amongst the pants,
Good little playground with great games for kids.
The shop has a great display of goodness, oils, creams and sprays, which you can test, together with the tasting of condiments with the great olive oils.
Sit back and have a great dose of scones and coffee, while looking around at the variety of foods other have in front of them.
Well done Rich Glen.

Thanks Lynne for visiting us again. I love to see familiar faces come back time and time again.. We now sell the delicious bread from "Florish" bakery on a Wednesday and Friday as so many people ask for it. See you again.
Cheers... Ros

Were travelling through with our caravan and we were wondering if there was room to easily park our car and van so that we could visit?

Yes, there is plenty of carparking with room for your caravan at Rich Gen. It's a lovely place to stop as there are nice and fun gardens as well as a shop with great products, and a cafe that's worth visiting.

They are open daily from 9-4. I would be very confident of them having gf options. To be sure I would give them a ring. I promise you won't be disappointed if you go there.
