trickle of water
Mar. 2021
Unfortunately we were severely underwhelmed by the Falls. It was really just a trickle of water over the Rocks. Have seen pictures of the cascading water, so would just say that in future I would plan a visit after heavy rain!

Short walk to flowing falls
Jan. 2021
Not the best waterfall I have seen but it is very popular. Even in dry weather, still worth having a look. Do not need much time to view this attraction.

Great falls, quite accessible
Jan. 2021
Beautiful falls, easily accessible by stairs or a steep ramp from the car park to get to a viewing area. No access to the base of the falls, which is a shame - areas like this could be upgraded and be a much more substantial tourist attraction.

A nice little slice of Victoria
Dec. 2020 • Couples
It isn’t the best place I have ever been to, but it still was very serene and pretty. The walk down can been via steps or a gradual gravel track. You don’t need a high level of fitness, but good to make the effort to go to the looking area.

It's simply a must

Do yourself a favour if you are in the area and take the time to see Victoria longest drop water fall. It is only a few minutes walk to the viewing platform and the site of these falls is stunning. I will make a point of returning in winter to see them in full flow, but even in dry weather that are spectacular. You don't need to spend a great deal of time there but you will be impressed. There is fencing and plenty of warnings about not climbing them.

Great Falls- Limted Viewer Access
Nov. 2020
The falls, one of the longest drops in Victoria at 32 meters iwas very pretty and the scenery pleasant. There is no access to the top of the falls or the base, stated to be due to unstable cliffs but with a little money there could be access to both in a safe manner. It was a pity as it is an interesting tourist attraction let down by how it is presented.

Great viewing spectacle
Jul. 2020
Trentham Falls are located a few kilometres from Trentham just off the Daylesford - Kyneton Road. The falls are located about 100 metres from the car park and require walking down steps to reach the viewing areas. It is worth the short walk, especially if viewing days after good local rainfall with lots of water flowing over the falls.

Beautiful flowing falls
Jul. 2020 • Family
While it’s not super fun to visit in the Winter it was freezing! The falls were flowing beautifully Easy was with 4 kids under 8 with the look!
Though it would be amazing to have access to the bottom repaired and accessible it’s such wasted potential

Short easy walk to the falls
Mar. 2020
I won't post a picture because when we were there it had been so dry the falls were barely running, but by other pictures posted we can imagine how nice they could be. It's a very easy short walk from the parking lot to the falls overlook. Unless you want to take a more extended hike, this is about a 30 minute stop. Worth it if you are driving by on your way somewhere and need to stretch you legs for a few minutes. The history sign does provide some very interesting data points.

Beautiful spot (after some rain)
Mar. 2020
We visited Trentham Falls a couple of days after some decent rain and it was a beautiful sight, lots of water spilling over the falls, the idyllic rockpool at the base of the falls, and the picturesque forested gully immediately downstream. From the carpark, the falls are very accessible, including for those with mobility issues. The only negative was the discarded lunch wrappings that some unthinking visitors had thought was OK to dump in the carpark.
