Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We visited here late afternoon and the view was spectacular. Lots of steps but easy to manage if you go slowly, and it is definately worth making the effort. From the beach the cliffs are just beautiful, with their different colours,

This is a superb coastal walk at Sorrento taking in Diamond Bay and the Bay of Islands. You won't be disappointed, despite the windy environment and the inclines and declines along rough sandy paths. There are plenty of lookouts to view the scenery and steps take you down to Diamond Bay. A must to do in the Sorrento area.

Spent Sunday afternoon walking along the beach at high tide, and then along the coast walk where we had a view of both sides of the bay. A wonderful view of the Bay of Islands here. We think it is just as beautiful as the 12 Apostles on the GOR, only there are no tour buses to content with! Highly reccomend.

Nice beach on the coast side. Sheltered location from the wind and waves too. Quite a few stairs leading down from the road. Not much parking there.

Short walk from Diamond Bay to Bay of Islands.
Beautiful coastline and fresh air.
Go for a coffee at Sorrento and then very short drive to the Bay.

This beach can be viewed or visited while at the Bay of Islands. From the car park it's a short walk to the lookout over the beach, and then a downhill walk into the beach.

Nice beach but it was a bit rough the day we visited, it could be dangerous for small kids in the rough sea. Choose a calm day to swim there.

This beach have a inner bay which slow the the wave from open sea. Prefect spot for kids who enjoy the beach and sea. Current is average so kids can still enjoy the wave touching down to the beach and not get so worry for pushing them back into water.

We had heard that the sunset at Diamond Bay was fabulous.
It was true. The Diamond Bar was amazing!. Even i there was no sunset, it was attractive!
The bay was calm and the beach was enticing.
The rock formations were attractive as well.
We staid there for more than an hour. When the sun was setting, we left.
I will always remember Diamond Bay!
