Great couple of days doing my open water course with these guys and gals. Very friendly and professional outfit. Very diverse ages in our class and everyone progressed at the same time. Felt very safe with these guys and never felt I couldn't take my time or was rushed. The diving itself was good and I would recommend diving the peninsula and doing it with Extreme Watersport Rosebud West.
Only thing I would recommend is that you do some exercise and have some fitness before attempting diving with any company.

Never in my life had I experienced such wonderful customer service as well as learning experience. The instructors were very, very, very patient, encouraging, systematic, careful and competent (So if you get stressed/ panic easily, this will not be an issue as instructors are extremely understanding). I found absolutely no fault with this course. Though it is fast paced, it's a lot easier than it seems. Just be sure to make sure you get a good nights sleep and make sure you are not sick at all (This will be explained)! If you have always wanted to snorkel or try Scuba Diving, this place is the place to go! Cannot stress how amazing this place and the staff are!

Stopped here for some scuba tanks. Service was spot on for a busy morning and got some good advice on diving that day too. Will be visiting again in February.

Sorry we were unable to call you back, it may have been that we took down your number incorrectly or that the message was not recorded properly. Your call would have been at a very very busy time for us with the Melbourne Cup Weekend long weekend etc. We are a small seasonal business and sometimes we get caught out, sometimes we forecast that it will be quiet and it is busy, other times we just cannot get enough staff to meet the increased peak demands.

If ur into water sport dont go past this place. They have everything u can think of to do on the water. Wuth a hire service available its perfect for the traveler.

Booked in for my Open Water Dive course, and found the instructors and shop staff super encouraging and helpful in not only teaching us everything we needed to know, but also building confidence in the water. There's some great diving nearby, so it is a great place to learn, and come back to to practice your skills with guided dives (many of which are included in your course).

Thank you kindly for your feedback on your Open Water Course with Extreme Watersport. Building confidence in the water is something we strive to achieve with all of our students & having you return for free guided dives is something that can definitely build on your confidence. Whenever you would like to come back let us know and we can run some guided dives for you :) The spider crabs are currently back at Blairgowrie so if you would like to come out with one of our guides and see these weirdly wonderful creatures for yourself be sure to let us know

We recently did the four hour sea kayaking with Extreme Watersport. It was a small group- only four of us, plus the guide, Tristan, who was quite entertaining. I forget the name of where we paddled to, but it was very scenic with lovely clear waters. If you've never done sea kayaking before, this would be a great way to start. You're in the shallows (so if you fall out, you can easily stand up) and the boats are open on top so you don't have to fuss with a spray skirt. The only downside of the boats is that they only seem to have one size. All the men in our group were too big to sit comfortably in them and they all ended up with sore hips at the end of the day. (This is why I didn't make this a five star review, as being uncomfortable can take away from some of the fun of the trip. I definitely recommend to Extreme Watersport to get a few bigger boats for the tall people.) I'm 173 cm and I was able to just stretch my legs out fully, so if you are any taller than that, you might be a bit cramped.
When you get to the turn around point, you stop for a break on the shore and the fellas from the store have packed a nice platter of fruit, which I thought was perfect for a mid-morning nibble. It's also nice to get out of the boat for a bit and stretch your legs or just enjoy the beach.
Highly recommended tour and a great way to spend a morning.

I purchased a gift for my husband for Christmas, I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, so Steve helped me out with excellent suggestions and much patience! Sadly the choice I made wasn't quite right so John went in to see Steve about exchanging the gift. No problem at all and John has been happily paddling his new kayak for weeks!

I had a great time learning with the guys at extreme watersports! I had Liam, Jack and Billie as instructors and they where all great! I learnt a lot and there was lots of jokes along the way which made it even more enjoyable! I will definatley be returning soon to do some more dives with the team at extreme watersports!

My husband and I did an open sinkhole/cavern course with Steve earlier this year and it was amazing. We came away from the five day course equipped with a host of advanced skills in buoyancy, stress management, dive prep and a tolerance for chilly water. Steve knows his stuff inside out, and operates a very safe, well organised and thoroughly professional operation. He tailored the course for our needs and was extremely helpful and encouraging throughout.
I highly recommend this operator.

Hired A1 condition diving gear and received top friendly service from Bradley & Steve. They even opened the shop early and were so helpful fitting gear. Much appreciated.
