Trip cancelled due to heavy rain, offered no refund only a possibility to reschedule yet forecasted thunderstorms for the next day. Overall not great customer service.

Despite cold weather and choppy waters, we still loved our self-guided kayaking experience with BayPlay. The best part of the tour for us was the fact that it was self-guided so we could go at our own pace. Due to the weather, we chose to...More

We had a great time and all the Bayplay crew we met were very friendly. Oscar, our guide, was excellent and quite the local historian, which was a bonus. Unfortunately, we were not lucky enough to see any dolphins but the tour was still great....More

The staff of Bayplay were great. Our guide was fantastic, couldn't have asked more of him. The reality is this is a pleasant paddle along a couple of bays and a walk along the forshore looking at some great houses. We would have liked to...More

No complaints about the guides and general trips! But it would have been helpful to know more of what was involved for younger children. We have some pretty fit kids under ten, and they struggled quite a bit with the length and exertion required. We...More

All of the staff at BayPlay went out of their way to deliver some of the most warm and friendly customer service I've experienced. Nothing was a problem for these guys. Portsea is a beautiful spot for a beginner-friendly kayak. Definitely recommended.

Highly recommend a Kayak tour with Bayplay from Portsea pier to Pt Nepean. Spotted dolphins in the sanctuary - very lucky! Informative and fun with your safety first at hand. Great day out! Blake our tour guide has great local knowledge!
