Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Love this place, so many different things to look at. Always see something of interest and usually end up purchasing something even if its just a memento of our visit.

This is a great antique shop with many special items that you wouldn’t see elsewhere. We spent a good hour wandering through the shop looking at many items you would not see elsewhere. Friendly owner who chatted to us about various items. A must see in Olinda.

If you like browsing through antiques (small bric a bracelet type) then this is for you. Absolute gem of a find. Hundreds of gorgeous, bits and pieces. I lived it and could have stayed for hours. Packed to the brim, art deco, jewellery, maritime, etc. The prices were very reasonable. I bought a gorgeous cushion for under $30 and could have bought a whole lot more but had to go home to Perth.

Many of the items in the “Magitorium “ were way out of my reach financially, but wonderful items, both contemporary and antique await the interested browser. Not having the knowledge of such items I am unsure if there is value for money in the items for sale, but definitely value for those who love to wander and wonder in a store that holds a massive amount of interest.

If you are into hand carved wood items, led lamps, old style jewelry & antique nic nacs you will love this place! Every time I visit Olinda, I come to this shop because you will see items that you won't find anywhere else! You need to have a fairly hefty budget but if that isn't a problem do yourself a favour & check it out! I think you will be pleasantly surprised!
