For the amount of money you pay to walk through the door I didn't think it was worth it. I travel with a son with a disability and emailed them (as I did every other activity that we were doing) before I left to see...More

We stopped as we love chocolate right, who doesn’t ? Firstly the chocolates are good, well really good. But the whole tour experience was expensive and needs some modernising. Would I recommend it ? Only as a stop on the way to something else.

Nothing but a shop, unless you pay for a child like display inside. We were comparing to the chocolate factory in the Yarra Valley which was outstanding.

Kids would probably enjoy it more than 3 adults!!!!!! Aud$17 each was over priced in my opinion for what took 10 mins..... the shop at the end was expensive too.

We had a great time here. From the chocolate entry ticket to the waterfall and all the entertainment and sweet treats along the way. My husband can’t stop telling his family how much it felt like wonka’s factory.

Great for buying a few chocolate treats to send overseas for Christmas. The chocolate is expensive. There doesn't seem to be the range they used to carry, with some popular flavours consistently out of stock. Beware there are quite a few products that are NOT...More

I was expecting a bit more from this chocolate factory but it is what it is. It's a quaint little factory perfect for children to appreciate with its arcade games and interactive chocolate making. The family and I was also quite delighted by the cafeteria...More

A good place to look at the range on offer and too see how chocolate is made. However the prices they charge for the chocolate is way over the top and is for the tourist trade and the bus loads of overseas tourists who are...More

Everyone loves a good chocolate shop and this is one of them. Amazing chocolate and coffee. Great shop, with loads to choose from. The tour is a little pricey, but gives you a great insight into how things are done. Definitely recommend stopping in for...More

It’s free admission. It’s a restaurant and a chocolate shop, there’s no watching chocolate bring made etc. really just a big shop and restaurant (Indian food)
