Nice trip to the factory after our stay at Philip island. The chocolates were pretty decent, didn't wow me much BUT the chocolate bananas they had was oh so amazing! Especially with the hot summer's day when we were visiting.

The Pannys Chocolate Factory is one you have to do the full experience to get the full feel of the place. It’s good fun for all. Be sure to take the time to check out the museum of chocolate and all the wacky things in there. We did the self guided tour through there and marveled (and chuckled) at what... More

It's not like the Cadbury's tours!! Their Chocolate tasted delicious and we had a lovely afternoon tea but this is basically an Indian curry house/ canteen type place so don't expect all sorts of chocolate dishes or drinks. There is the chance to go see their Willy Wonka themed Museum but not travelling with kids, the price didn't seem worth... More

We wish you had of taken the time to explore Panny's Amazing World of Chocolate. The tour is self-guided, so we don’t control how long people spend inside. There are 10 rooms containing over 50 and include over 20 separate interactive activities, 7 of which allow you to win or sample free chocolate. The tour includes a chocolate entry ticket... More

The most expensive chocolate in the world, worse than average choices, exclusive for Asian tourist market. States free tastings, only if you pay $17.00 for tour.. give great big miss, so disappointing, rip off go to Yarra valley chocolate factory instead.

All visitors are entitled to a free sample. If we have missed offering you one on arrival we apologise. While we are unable to have self-serve samples available due to health and safety concerns, the shop staff will happily supply you a sample on request. While our chocolate is not the cheapest available, it is all hand-made and packaged in... More

Very underwhelming visit. Chocolate was over priced and tastes like the cheap stuff you get in a budget advent calendar. Not creamy or unique in any way. Grumpy staff ignored my daughter and barely acknowledged us as we paid for our items. Next time I'll pop in the dairy and buy some Cadburys for a fraction of the price.

While our chocolate is not the cheapest available, it is all hand-made and packaged in our factory and of the highest quality. We source our ingredients from one of the largest European suppliers. All of our chocolate is couverture (made with cocoa butter) and contains no palm oil, unlike the cheaper supermarket alternatives. We are constantly making price comparisons and... More

Did not visit the museum as deemed the tickets fees not worth it. Instead made this our lunch stop and the curries that they served was decent and a much loved change to the daily western cuisine.

Panny and his family are from a proud Indian-Malay heritage and Panny is known throughout the region for his cooking, as well as his chocolate. As both a chef and chocolatier he loves sharing both with his visitors. Thank you for visiting we hope to see you again soon More

The tour was a little bit of fun, my ASD son had a ball. You don't really need to buy any chocolate afterwards as the tour includes a few samples, even the entry ticket is a chocolate! You can play the arcade type games and redeem for chocolates at the end. It's a little expensive for the tour but we... More

We visited Penny's Chocolate Factory with our two young boys (8 and 10) and had a fun filled couple of hours exploring a somewhat Willy Wonka themed chocolate factory and museum. From the chocolate bar entry ticket (delicious) to the chocolate sculptures, trainset and 'sniffing' room it was a polished, interesting and interactive experience. One thing I would say is... More

Was disappointing all round. Scone was not great served with canned cream and took 30 mins to come out and it wasn't even busy.. won't be a back.
