Ok place to buy chocolate but the entry cost for the "museum" was a joke! $17 to enter to see some crumbly chocolate bits?!

We arrived t the chocolate factory at midday so decided to have lunch. The food was tasty and certainly not overpriced. The cafe was clean and spacious, staff were polite and helpful. We did not do the chocolate tour but hope to go back for that as we were pressed for time.

Wanting to take our children on a nostalgia trip from mummy and daddy's own ancient childhood history, we visited the Chocolate Factory on our way home after a week on the Island. We didn't know it had changed hands and been updated. There has been some clear investment made by the current owners but it was surprising to line up... More

On arrival another customer was complaining about the cost and value of the tour $17 adult, $11 child $50 for family. I sent my 13 yo son on the tour. Admittedly he seemed to enjoy it. I opted for a coffee in Pannys cafe. The worst experience I have had in a very long time. The line to be served... More

The wide range in reviews suggest this chocolate factory tour may not be for everyone. We arrived at 4pm and just behind us was the first bus load of tourists. The staff warned us to go straight to the games, and then return for the exhibits. Great advice. The last game of the penguins hitting the moving ball is possibly... More

Was here 4 years ago and loved the place. Return visit this year with different grandkids, and was a bit disappointed We arrived at the Chocolate Factory around 2pm, and found the shelves were virtually empty. While the chocolates available were excellent, the variety was not there to choose from, with lots of empty shelves. Would definitely return again, but... More

We went there on Boxing day and totally disappointed. My friend called them at around 3:30pm to confirm their trading hours. And they told us they would close at 6pm, we better arrived that around 5pm. We came at 5pm and waited quite long in front of " ticket counter" ( or something like that ) but the staff didn't...
