Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We enjoy our walk to discover this stunning waterfall. We did expect it to be as huge as it is ! It was a beautiful surprise and this waterfall is easily accessible (4 kms drive from Marysville)

Great access just a short walk to first viewing platforms overlooking gorgeous scenic views. A bit of a stroll up a slight slope to next platform to see the falls up close, well worth the walk. Falls were flowing fast and the area was home for many species of birdlife.
The only negative to our visit was finding rubbish left by some lazy and inconsiderate person who had left their food containers and scraps by a picnic seat. I picked all the garbage up but was also disappointed to see that there was no rubbish bins back at carpark or toilet area. I then took it back to our car to dispose of later. Please do not litter in such a pristine and beautiful environment, this is totally disgusting behaviour.

The best waterfalls around. Visited in January, expecting a small trickle of water, obviously due to high rain from further north the falls were flowing beautifully. The track from town can be walked in, I understand, about an hour. Parking easy when we went. Easy access to two good viewing platforms. 2nd one better. Easy very short walk from car park for all abilities. Definitely recommended. At the base, in the town of Marysville, there is a fabulous park with plenty of riverside spots to enjoy a picnic and the water is safe for little ones to play in.

Very pretty falls which can be approached very close up for some great photography. Several viewing platforms allow for variations of scenery.
A very short fifteen-to-thirty-minute return on a flat well-formed track makes it well worth visiting.

Beautiful walking trails and scenery . It is sooo breathtaking and the sounds are like listening to a mindfulness mediation with waterfalls, fauna and flora creating music to your ears. Follow by a visual experience of true beauty,

What an amazing waterfall, really lucky, or unlucky, there had been lots of rain so the waterfall was gushing. We walked from Marysville which took about 50 mins to get up there, it was a hot day!

Great views, some trails do get muddy wear appropriate gear.

We were lucky to experience steady rain during our stay at Marysville, meaning the falls were were in full flow. Great walks enable you to view the falls from the bottom, or for the adventurous you can climb to the top of the falls for a stunning view

Can you walk your dog on the track to Stevenson falls ?

I'm pretty sure there was a sign at the entrance that said no dogs allowed, however there are other walking tracks within the area that allow this - stop in at the information centre in the main street & they can give you a map showing dog friendly locations
