Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What an experience. Wine tasting is so great. Food is fantastic. You have to try the pizza and the antipasto platter. Amazing wood fired pizza. Cheese and platter was fresh and so amazing. And the owner was so beautiful with explaining the wine and the history. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Had lunch here on the Saturday long weekend. While it was very busy, the service was excellent. Walked in and was immediately seated, with water and a menu brought to the table.
Ordered the Inferno and Hawaiian wood fired pizzas at @$20ea along with one of the local wines and OJ. We were sitting adjacent to the pizza over and could see and smell our pizzas cooking. A nice thin crust and tasty toppings.
Top local wine as well.
They also had a great sole guitarist entertaining the 100 or so diners outdoors on a lovely sunny day. A picturesque setting overlooking the valley.
We ended up buying a half dozen bottles also. A most pleasant start to our long weekend.

Great wine tasting with a wood fire pizza to finish off a beautiful afternoon in sunshine. Soft breeze with background music was an added bonus!

We love sitting outside on the picnic tables overlooking the Gippsland countryside.
The wine is generally really good, the Pinot Gris, Moscato, and sparkling Shiraz are a standout.
The wood fire pizza have a good amount of toppings and there is a wide variety on the menu.
Highly recommend a trip to Blue Gables

We came as a group of 5 friends. The atmosphere of the winery was fantastic and the location is beautiful. Or food was fantastic, fresh and well presented. The wine was wonderful. There was only one negative. The customer service. We were continually trying to locate staff to get cutlery, crockery and clean glasses. There was no table service and we had to make our way to the bar if we required food or drinks. Considering the cost of the food and wine, I don’t think table service is too much to ask for.

Attended for a birthday. Beautiful venue with amazing views. Pizza was delicious although delayed coming out, likely due to the number of people attending the birthday. Worth a visit!
