Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Appropriately named after a fabulist and storyteller is this small store in Kyneton... it is designed to entice bibliophiles into it's midst. Just between you and I, it appears to have a certain amount of success in that department. Quietly exploring it's corners are those individuals that love books... finding their area of intrigue... you rarely share the space with anyone else because whilst we have that love of books in common... that's as far as that interest extends and inside you will find you can travel the world, your imagination and ... you can also go to places you never dreamed of.

I always feel that Theodor Seuss Geisel captured it so elegantly when he wrote-

Congratulations!
Today is your day.
You're off to Great Places!
You're off and away!

You have brains in your head.
You have feet in your shoes.
You can steer yourself
any direction you choose.
You're on your own. And you know what you know.
And YOU are the guy(girl) who'll decide where to go.

So much to see, not enough time! I could definitely have spent a good hour or more in here but time was limited unfortunately. Great range and very friendly & knowledgeable staff.

Best place to hang on a cold day and lots of fun to see so many titles that are now out of print but so favoured.

This shop may look little but once you enter there is an amazing array of books covering vintage, collectable and new. The staff are passionate and helpful and have also helped me track down what I was chasing. This is the only place I buy my books as the price is fair and they do all the hard work for you. Can not rate high enough.
