We were pleasantly surprised with the ambiance of the winery. Great views off the patio of the wineries vineyards; so relaxing. The owner Peter was welcoming and knowledgeable & created a friendly relaxed tasting environment with no pressure. He respects everyone’s taste buds are different. Definitely worth a visit!

Two weeks ago we had a lovely visit to the Silver Spoon Estate. We were made most welcome and looked after very well by the owner and his staff. I undertook a tasting of 6 different wines - it was seven in the end! I liked all the wines, and particularly enjoyed their Viognier and their East Meets West and of course their The Monster - a great Shiraz. We ate a deliciously large grazing platter, which was not at all expensive. It came with fresh bread, different cheeses and meats and lots of other nibbles. I thoroughly recommend a visit to this winery. The reception area and cafe are on a hill overlooking part of the vineyard - it is a beautiful setting.

Had the most delightful experience from the minute we walked in the door.
We were so pleasantly surprised to have accidentally come across this winery as we were in the area and peckish.
Peter and Tracie were simply delightful and we readily ordered a great value platter and drinks that were simply delicious.
One of our best ever, unplanned experience's.
We'll be back with friends!

Such a great spot with amazing and attentive staff. Food was great! We shared a board between 5 of us and it was plenty. No shortage of bread either!
We spent nearly 5 hours out there and have a great afternoon. 100% recommend paying a visit and sampling the wine.

Loved this boutique family owned & run winery, with the chance to talk to the winemaker for the wine tasting. Grazing platter available. Great views and just a lovely friendly & unique feel to the place.

We were referred to the winery by a friend. It operates "off the grid", using solar power to run the entire property. It comprises two vineyards...the East vineyard is on the right as you drive in. The West vineyard is out of sight over the steep hill that abuts the back of the winery. A new tasting room is under construction, and it will add to what is already a fine experience. We tasted a selection of wines, all of which are reasonably priced and very well put together. We look forward to the release of the "Monster", which, at around 16.5% is aptly named!
While Heathcote is about 17km away, it is near enough to encompass this property in its wine district. It is presently something of a hidden gem; it won't remain that way for long.

We popped in today on a leisurely drive.
It's small and friendly, Tracy's knowledge absorbed us and we went for the wines
and tasting plate.
The food was delicious and the wines actually surprised us with their quality.
We highly recommend a visit and left with a selection of lovely wines to share and savour.

Owners, Tracie and Peter, are passionate winemakers and you can truly tell, which made my experience with Silver Spoon Estate absolutely amazing! Both were friendly, and I love that the winery is family-run too. So, if you're looking for a great experience, you need to try here - you won't be disappointed.

We three popped in here on Sunday afternoon. Tracie was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was almost my best experience at a winery. They were also crushing their 2020 shiraz grapes which they allowed us to experience. Their shiraz is nice and affordable. Higly recommended.

Hosts Tracie & Peter were excellent. They greeted our party of 8 and gave us a very informal tour of the wine making process answering lots of our inquisitive queries. Then we sat down to a very educational and generous session of wine tasting through an array of their excellent wines. We all classified this as our best wine tasting experience ..... EVER. Well done Tracie.
