Creswick Market took me by surprise on just how beautiful is was. Set amongst the grounds of a church, quite a large number of stalls were sprinkled through the leafy grounds on a warm autumnal morning. There was something for everyone here. Food, fresh produce, Knick knacks, crafts, handmade pickles and even a lovely stall selling products to support stray cats. The market is wheelchair accessible and kid friendly. Good parking across the road. Donation at entrance not compulsory but a nice gesture. Food available if you’re after a bite to eat or a cuppa. Bring your own reusable cup. Soak up everything that Creswick has to offer. Enjoy.…

When ever we are in Creswick and it coincides with the market we like to drop in. Its an interesting small country market which runs the first and thirs saturdays each week from 9am to 1pm. Stalls on offer include a coffee truck, local wines, local craft beers, local produce and condiments, hot food stalls, local crafts and condiments, bakery and musicians and more. Do call in and support the locals in the area.…

Mostly food, we purchased eggs (the best eggs Creswick Open Range Farm Eggs) - , bread, wine, cheese, fudge, capers. Few collectables stalls and some craft. The most friendly stall holders I’ve seen at any market.

We spent several hours at this market after breakfast at the nearby RACV Goldfields Resort where we were staying. Market runs from 9am to 1pm every second Saturday of the month. We found the stallholders extremely friendly and had good conversations with several of them including a lovely Filipino couple who make scones onsite. I also found out from the stallholders that what you sell you must make yourself. The craft products, food for sale and produce are all locally made by the stallholders. Its a shame we had already eaten as there was lots of great food options including paella, bakery, vegan pies and soups, and the list goes on. There was also several buskers playing music. In the future we intend to move to this lovely area ands would then be regular visitors to this market.…
