Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

.Join the club here & get great value for money! $10 latest movies all year. Nice clean cinemas & you can sit wherever you like. As a side note, they have THE best salted caramel choc tops in the world!

This is a well laid out refurbished cinema. Seats are good and prices excellent, particularly if you join their club at minimal cost.
There is also an excellent restaurant next door which copes well with those who have booked tickets and need food quickly. They also open late.
Excellent parking facilities.

We have been to this cinema a few times, mostly because it has a varied range of shows. Seating is comfortable and has plenty of room for legs.

The cameo is sort of our local, we are not big cinema goers, but try to use this one as much as possible. The theatres are small, the seats are comfortable, and best of all prices are usually better than the bigger chains. The sound systems are good as well. Ok there's no 3D but personally it makes me dizzy , so I dont miss it

I love watching movies here. But please don't let some 18 year old kid to make the cocktails. It was terrible (and very dear....)

My favourite place to catch the latest movies.
Well priced, beautiful boutique type cinemas and super friendly staff make this the place to go. The plethora or local eateries around the cinema are also an added bonus if you want something to eat before your movie.
Parking can be an issue at times but If you’re early you should be fine - worst case scenario, try up behind Woolworths.
Once you try Cameo, you’re unlikely to go back to the big cinema chains.

I love this little cinema. It's in a beautiful location in lovely Belgrave. There are 7 cinemas which are all quite small but very comfortable. It shows all current movies and a great selection of classic, alternative and art films. It sells a nice selection of wines, beers, coffee, etc. to take into the movie with you. It's a perfect date-night venue.

This cinema is one of a few still left in its old world charm but on saying that there has been extensions added over the years, there is plenty of leg room for us tall people, which is a blessing, it has only a small snack bar but don't get put off it has two nice food places next door and one across the road both I can recommend for a coffee at a bite to eat or even more. In the summer period the cinema has a outside cinema which is good fun for the family .

Fantastic local owned establishment that offer great candy and drinking including mulled wine and beers. They show the big blockbusters and also smaller films which have limited screenings. They host beautiful outdoor events over summer but keep in mind it gets cold in the hills even in the middle of summer, so come prepared!

With seven separate cinemas, the Cameo is now the equal of any of the city mega-plexes. Featuring both mainstream and art-house screenings, the Cameo generally has something for the most discerning theatre goer. Consuming a coffee and a cake from the counter or at the adjoining Reel Cafe, is a most civilised way to enjoy your favourite film. Open air screenings at the rear to the complex over the summer months allows for the family picnic rug to spread out on the ground or a relaxing time with a glass of red in hand. One may find it difficult to believe that all this is available in the quiet, outer-suburban township of Belgrave. We have Cameo Membership for discounted admission and enjoy every minute of having this wonderful facility within our neighbourhood.
