A new distiller has arrived since my last visit and wow have they raised the bar. It can get very crowded at the tasting bar - hopefully with the next reno that could be added? The Alfred’s is my new current favourite, but I think the George is the one I’ll come back for. The speakeasy has fabulous atmosphere but you’d better book! Great place for young and old, eating not, but recommend booking AND bringing a driver, this delightful place makes it easy to overindulge. And overspend!…
