Beautiful spot

Such a lovely and scenic spot. Great play area for the kids. Nice views, clean and peaceful. The parking meters are very expensive.

Looks like a foreign oasis huh?🏝Ok, I'll stop teasing.. This little piece of paradise isn't in a far away land, it's literally 15 minutes north of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and it's absolutely stunning!🙌🏻 Travel there by boat or land and take advantage of the many beachside activities🎣Truly a remarkable place⛵️@mybondisummer #mybondisummer

In early January 2017 we visited this magnificent location for a family picnic and fun day out. It was a magnificent time had by everyone. The location is brilliant, facilities great, beautiful atmosphere and superb views of the harbour in all its glory. Highly recommend a visit to this beautiful location whether it's a family picnic or just to sit... More

Came here with our 5 month old pup as you can bring dogs here Monday to Friday unleashed (although we had our girl leashed as she is young). Unfriendly dog owners with unfriendly dogs. Litter everywhere, water filthy and bratty kids who took delight in chasing after our dog with handfuls of sand 😳. We came here so our dog... More

It is an enjoyable area. Water near the shark net side had wrappers etc left by the visitors in the water ( not nice people). The other end near the playground was quiet nice and very clean. Our day was ruined by so many muslim smokers camping everywhere and even when asked nicely to smoke in a corner or away... More

Clifton Gardens has been a famous Sydney picnic spot for more than 150 years. Today it is a delightful expanse of grass, with great views across the harbour to the eastern suburbs, a sandy and sheltered harbour beach and netted pool (from which fishing is permitted), picnic tables, toilet facilities, a terrific playground for kids and plenty of space for... Clifton Gardens has been a favoured summer picnic spot for Sydney families for generations, and for very good reasons: a beautiful, safe stretch of sandy beach with netted harbour pool, plenty of grassy areas and play equipment for the kids as well as boulders to scramble over and gullies and the rocky shoreline for older ones to explore. Throw in... More

Great place to walk and take in the harbour view. Play equipment available for families. Clean toilets but the water for the hand washing wasn't working.

Wonderful place. We took a picnic and the dogs. Went for a lovely walk around to Georges Head which gave us a lovely appetite. Couldn't recommend this place enough

Beautiful scenic parkland that has vast open area for the kids to play. The play equipment is excellent with sand underneath so if they fall it doesn't end up as an injury (only tears). If it is cold anywhere else it is 10 degrees colder here.
