Anytime of the year the walk from Manly to Shelley is fabulous and relaxing. Once at the beach, the water is refreshing, clean & clear with plenty of sea life for snorkeling. It normally gets quiet deep quickly, so those will little ones should watch...More

I had a lovely walk to Shelley Beach today with my family. We had lunch at the newly renovated Shelley Beach Kiosk, it was great. This place is ideal for children to play on the sand.

Once you arrive with the ferry just take a nice walk along the water. I was happy seeing a big lizard on my way there. The water is clear and refreshing and you can even snorkel there.

This is a very popular walk and if you are visiting Manly - its a lovely walk along the ocean and than we get to Shelly Beach where there is a great cafe called The boathouse. Must tell it is very busy on the weekend.

This is a great little walk and swim in a marine reserve. Take your snorkelling gear. You can swim here Summer, Autumn, Winter or Spring.

Take the walk from Manly to Shelly beach. It is a fabulous walk and great exercise. Watch for whales, dolphins and penguins. There is a pool that is about 1/2. It is an amazing place to take pictures.

We were looking for penguins and were told to come and look here. Although we did not see them, the beach and the approach to it were very lovely. Great to see the sun set here. The penguin is more easily seen by the wharf.
