Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I have been shopping here for years and years and years,
Whereas the shops have changed, the bargains haven't.
I very rarely pay full price for anything nowadays as the prices here are somewhat amazing.
I once got a pair of running shoes, in perfect, new condition, reduced from $280 right down to $35 as they were the last pair and when I went to other shops outside this outlet they were still the original price.
Shop here if you are on a budget or just don't want to pay full price.

Great place for shopping but no True prices. I bought a Katmandu Altum Gore-tex Wmns Rain Coat for $160 instead $240 & apparently was $499. Sure is a good price, but I checked online & the maximum price for this coat was $240. Happy with the coat but price tag is missleading. And I am disappointed by it.

Absolute nightmare around parking. Always a problem, but they have introduced on the weekend's a stupid 'book & park" regime, by blocking off a bit area general parking in the most accessible part of the car park. This mean that a large chunk of parking is blocked off unless you go online and book. This is causing chaos as most people come to this place randomly and do not plan. We now have a situation where more cars are being pushed into our local streets and the car park that is blocked off is 90% empty. Have complained to BH management and local council. No action. So don't go on weekends if you don't want to be trapped in endless rage traffic.

Hello, thank you for your feedback.
Our Book N' Park programme was initially designed to try and help with the weekend congestion, saving our customers time entering and exiting the centre. Like all new programmes, we wanted to give Book N' Park a fair test, to see if it would be effective. After reviewing the testing period, we have decided to temporarily place a hold on Book N' Park.
Like all shopping centres, we share our surrounding roads with the general public so understanding that at peak times it may become busier than usual is something we continually strive to improve.
We hope this answers your queries,
Kindest,
Birkenhead Point Management

We travelled here on a whim and caught the bus route 500 (I think) from Hyde Park for about 20 minutes then a short walk a block back from the stop. Check on your phone or ask a local which stop to get off at. It has all your usual international big brands like Tommy, Ralph, Calvin plus local stores. Pricing was good what I would expect but not quite as cheap as our outlet mall in NZ but the quality is probably a bit better. Like you won’t find a dump of 2 years ago styles. Some good deals on footwear and hubby spent a bit at Politix. Got a bit lost trying to find our way around, especially after we went downstairs to Aldi but there are electronic map boards around.
Had lunch in the food court which has a nice atmosphere. Forgot to check the harbour view as we were tired! All up we were there for about 3 hours.

I hadn't been to Birkenhead for about 15 years and took out of town visitors to shop. We found that there are very few "brand outlets," it's essentially a very ordinary shopping centre, with stores offering the same prices as RRP. The centre is shabby and in need of a makeover. The DFO at Homebush is much better for actual "outlet" shopping.

We did some Christmas shopping in this Outlet Store last month. While walking from the foodcourt, we were approached by a salesman from International Paintball Group with a temporary stall along the hallway from the foodcourt. After I listened to his sales pitch, I said I won't buy his paintball games today.
And that was when this paintball sales guy became aggressive. When i still refused to buy, he then became rude and disrespectful.
I was already walking away and the salesman was still taunting me.
My point in posting this review is that if you do NOT want your shopping day ruined, just ignore these interim stalls usually along hallways as you can see in the picture. These type of stalls are not supposed to be there anyway as they block the walking paths of shoppers who are there to shop for clothes, shoes, etc.
Definitely NOT to buy paintball games.

This is a lovely location for a discount outlet. It is not too far from the CBD with picturesque setting. There are many branded stores with good discounts - particularly ones not commonly available in SA. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Huge mall with some awesome discounted retailers. Getting Levi’s jeans for about $25 is hard to beat. The mall is a confusing layout so that’s one thing to be aware of. No trains service it either, if you’re staying in Sydney CBD you’ll have to catch a bus and walk from the stop up to the shops.

We’ve visited this outlet mall on a number of occasions. It is easy to get to on public transport. There’s also good parking - free. And it is all indoors / air conditioned.
The range of shops is good. There are bargains to be found. My wife really liked the household shops, we also liked Tommy Bahamas, Gazman, Brooks Brothers, Tommy Hilfigger .... and there’s a wide range of sports, shoe and outdoor wear shops.
Also a Coles and Aldi if you want groceries or a chain saw!
There’s a selection of Cafes/Eateries. We particularly enjoyed a lovely ‘elevenses’ at the Hokka Centre (food court) sitting on the terrace overlooking the bay.

When to Birkenhead Point to do some shopping and have some lunch.
As it was the Saturday of the long weekend they had a DJ playing.
The music was so loud you couldn't talk to your companions. I mentioned it at guest services and frankly the y couldn't have cared less. The music wasn't that good, but if they had just turned it down a bit would have been better.
The ladies toilets were disgusting and absolutely stunk.
Needless to say , we didn't worry about lunch.
Dont think we will return there.

Hi Julie,
I'm sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your recent experience.
We did have the volume set of the DJ to a level which we felt flowed throughout the center nicely however completely understand that the volume varied depending on where you were located in the centre. I'm sorry to hear that you felt the Guest Services team did not empathise with this. We will absolutely take this into consideration next time we have a DJ in centre.
Our centre was experiencing higher volumes of traffic those days, and although we did have extra cleaning staff on site, we will take this feedback on board for next time to ensure more frequent rounds of the amenities can be maintained.
Thank you again for taking the time to provide us with your feedback, we will definitely take it all into account for our next major sale event!

Hi
What would the bus fare be from Town Hall by bus per way?
Written 24 August 2018
$3.66 per side using opal. If you buy single tickets, it is expensive but with opal it is $3.66 each side on all days except Sunday. On Sunday it should be around $2.5 as there is a cap on Sunday’s opal cost. You can check fares using opal website or type 131500 on google and it will take you to transport for nsw website. Hope thia helps

Hi, would anyone know what level you are on when you walk up the ramp from Roseby street into the shopping center?

Hi Boffa28, did you happen to walk through the hallway on Roseby St towards Lindt Chocolate Shop? If so, that would be Level 1.
Alternatively if you crossed the bridge from the carpark on Roseby St and walked towards Bed Bath N Table and InSport, you would be on Level 3.
Hope this helps!
