    Some great discount offers
This is a lovely location for a discount outlet. It is not too far from the CBD with picturesque setting. There are many branded stores with good discounts - particularly ones not commonly available in SA. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Factory clearance sales but may not be as cheap as in Singapore
We boarded bus 501 from Central Station and came to this mall with an aim to shop for factory price merchandise. But we realized it was not that cheap by Singapore standard. My wife bought a pair of `skechers' shoes for S$60/- at Queenstown Shopping Center in Singapore few days before flying to Australia. And for the same brand and model, the same pair of shoes costs A$80/- here after the promotional discount. Maybe, for Australians, this is considered quite a good bargain place with slashing prices and factory clearance sales. Nevertheless, the harbor view here is awesome. There is a Coles supermarket at the basement and instead of buying garment and shoes, we ended up buying some groceries for our breakfast. Not an ideal place for tourists to shop here. Most shops closed punctually at 5.30 pm. Maybe Paddy Market in Chinatown has more gift shops for bargain.

    Very few outlets stores
I hadn't been to Birkenhead for about 15 years and took out of town visitors to shop. We found that there are very few "brand outlets," it's essentially a very ordinary shopping centre, with stores offering the same prices as RRP. The centre is shabby and in need of a makeover. The DFO at Homebush is much better for actual "outlet" shopping.

We have been here twice now. Both times, we found Peters of Kensington really good for kitchen stuff. It has a good range and the prices are really good.

There are many outlets here and its worth a special visit.

This really is not a great shopping experience. The shops have very outdated goods, the Country Road outlet should be withdrawn. It was a waste of time and money to go to these shops. Just dreadful.

Visited on Saturday 27th May. There is a good selection of shops there, all offering discounts on normal retail prices. Well worth checking out.

My cousin specially drove me here - cos I’m a deal chaser. And yes, I did get myself a large bag of stuff - both things that I needed and things that I didn’t. So yes, this is one of those places great for shopping and spending spare cash!

There’s a couple of cafes for you to take a break in the middle of shopping. It’s definitely not the largest outlet malls I’ve been to, in fact far from it. But, I still think it’s worth a visit as it also has many local brands which you simply cannot find in overseas outlet malls.

As advertised, it has many many outlet stores. And it has a decent number of food spots too. Allow for a good half day plus. Things are cheaper than elsewhere and there is a good range available in the stores. We took an uber to and from CBD, allow $50plus.
