If you want to see sustainable farming techniques first hand visit Denmark Farm. Beautifully located this area of land is well worth a visit, or perhaps you might consider one of their craft courses.

brilliant! great place to visit no matter the weather. well worth going! you may want to book a taxi to get there if you haven't bought a car up with you.
