CLOSED...but all the road signs still exist..VERY ANNOYING...especially when you are walking the coastal path and are looking forward to a coffee in their highly rated cafe !! The security guard who rushed out said ..oh, they ought to take down the signs. ..YES

Arrived at the car park and found the entrance surrounded by security fencing. Went to the main reception for the power station next door to be advised that the café and visitor centre have closed down due to the de-commissioning of the power station. Just...More

Unfortunately due to security measures you can no longer visit the actually power station, but the visitor centre is interesting with friendly helpful staff

I would have loved reviewing it but it wasn't open on a Saturday?? I was really looking forward to visiting but we couldn't get in on what we thought would be quite a busy day. Shame

Can't talk about the info-visit unfortunately but the site is spotless and they serve a fantastic breakfast lol! Seriously, we passed through it while walking the coastal path and stopped for breakfast, It is deffo on our 'to do' list now and will be back...More
