This is an interesting place to go with the kids. But needs updating. I remember it was pretty much the same 20 years ago. & now it doesn’t measure up to the newer Sea Life or Blue Planet aquariums

Visited on a rainy day zoo was great for little kids. The staff in the cafe were so friendly and they made our visit - nice soup :)

We had a lovely lunch at the bistro. The staff were extremely accommodating and very friendly. They even brought some soup and a special spoon for the little one!

Visited on a very rainy day and very much enjoyed it. Liked that it has native species and a focus on conservation. Watched a few fish being fed, friendlt staff. Kids had a good time.

That's what happens when you eat outside in the summer, it's called nature. We have never had any issues, if you leave the wasps alone they won't bother you.

Possible to do both. Allow abiut 1.5 hrs for sea zoo. If you keep your receipt you can visit again within a week for free.
