A great lifeboat station , immaculately clean and well looked after by caring people that do such good work in rescuing people in danger and saving lives at sea, at times risking their own lives

We always support the local lifeboats when on holiday but we were glad on this occasion to shelter from the rain. A good choice of goods on sale, easy to find and friendly server.

It only takes a short while to call in the shop to make a purchase or two or to make a donation to show respect to all the lifeboat crews who put their lives on the line trying to help those in need.

Noticed that they now have a new building housing an inshore RIB and its pickup truck. The lifeboat was pushed into the sea by a small tractor a bit like an aircraft tug; it reminded me of Bridlington in Yorkshire.

You never know when you might need the services of the RNLI, so we always buy a few items. The kids got a toy each, tea towel for hubby and a magnet for me!

Popped in our visit to Criccieth beach - we bought some gifts from the shop, and the lady was very helpful in finding out the tidal timetable for us. We went to look at the lifeboat and when we returned that evening, were lucky enough...More
