The views are amazing and the castle is well looked after. Nice cafe and gift shop too. We visited on a Wednesday but it was still quiet busy and buzzing.

As far as getting there by car goes I would say don't, find some other form of transport! The road through the village is narrow and steep and there are tourists hiding behind every corner. When you eventually reach the castle you won't find solace...More

The car park is very small. I suggest parking on the street somewhere and walking a few blocks.

I agree with the other answer - yes, you will get a wheelchair into the castle to get a sense of it but the rooms and walls are not accessible. That said it is worth looking inside to get a sense of it do go for it!
