Nice night to be out and walking. A little bit drizzly, but we didn’t melt! Lots of shops and many bars and restaurants. Police seem to be out in force, so you feel safe while traveling with your children.

I can't offer anymore for this 250m of asphalt with the odd bar and trashy souvenir shops....expected so much more.

We were pretty much passing through, but made time to walk Beale St. I'd say this is a must if you visit Memphis! Fun shops, a lot of great music, museums and food!

We had such a great time on Beale Street. The atmosphere and music was amazing. Not really sure if I would take my small children but it's great for adults and couples especially if you stay at a hotel within walking distance so you can...More
