We took the City /Graceland Tour and were very pleased with the experience. The city tour with James/Jimmy hit all the main Memphis attractions for a one day visit or a preview of the tours/attractions you might want to pursue later in more depth, The included lunch on Beale St was good with about five options and a great singer... Took this tour and loved our guide. He was funny and easy going. My only issue is I'm a die hard Elvis fan and a few things he spoke about were not accurate. He pointed to a hospital downtown saying Elvis died there and he did not. It was a great tour I just wondered after if some of the... More

Hello, I am glad you enjoyed your tour. I will make sure my guide's are giving the correct information with the tour. Thank you for your feedback and we will definitely make sure we get with our guides. There was a hospital downtown, that is no longer in that location where Elvis was pronounced decease. I am hoping that is... More

Perhaps "tour" is an exaggeration since it consists of a pick up at the hotel, drop off at the museum and then a pickup and ride back to your hotel. You make your way through the museum on your own. A very worthwhile museum though, beautiful displays, extremely informative. It took us almost 3 hours to go through it.

The driver was very informative when asked questions and pleasurable. She made sure that we received first class service. Picked us up within 10-15 of when we were ready to leave a tour. Sincerely, The Fitzgerald's

This was a nice tour. The only issue was the bus was older so it was kind of loud so it made it hard at times to hear the tour guide especially for my elderly parents. The guide was super nice and very accommodating. We enjoyed the tour very much just needed a way to hear the guide better. Loved... More

We were in Memphis for 1/2 day. We weren't expecting much from the tour but we were pleasantly surprised. Our tour guide, James Thomas, was very entertaining and accommodated our needs. We now know that Memphis has many points of interest that need further exploration.

Booked online. Company called day prior to confirm. Good time to reconfirm if they are picking you up from your hotel (put your hotel and address within your reservation). Depending on where you are staying it might be good to call and confirm if your hotel is within their pickup range). They picked us up on time and picked up... More
