We really enjoyed our cooking experience with Nick Nairn at his cookery school in Port of Menteith.
We made and ate scallops & black pudding, pepper steak and a dark chocolate over a 7 hour period from 10am till 5pm.

Hi Don, you don't need any experience. I'm a novice cook and Nick was a great teacher. They explain everything step by step. It can be a busy class and there is more than one teacher floating to help. It's great fun
