If you are in TN then make sure you visit Isha Village. A pure treat to the soul. Pure vegan food and an introduction to the inner / real you, these are what you can expect from this visit. Just be in the moment.

This place is on a huge piece of property. All of the buildings are clean and look nice. This place is very peaceful and enjoyable.

Went to a "free yoga day". Totally blown away with the love and kindness by all. People from all over the country (world) come here. And, in it's in my own backyard!

Yes Kids are allowed in the III. However, please be mindful and know that there are meditators around, especially in the Mahima hall and in the Adiyogi abode doing their Sadhana. Hope this helps!
