The schedule for Free Yoga Day on December 30th begins at 9am and extends through dinner, which ends at 8pm. All of the classes and sessions are free of charge. Meals are $10 for adults and $5 for children. Ages for most yoga sessions are for ages 7+. Isha Kriya meditation is for 12+. Full details are available online--please Google 'Free Yoga Day' to easily access that information, as I am not allowed to post the web links here.
For weather updates, you should be able to get accurate information online in advance of your trip. Look for Spencer, TN weather to get the most accurate details on local mountain temps and precipitation. NOTE: It does get cold here these days. Bring a heavy coat! Yes, our falls freeze in the winter. They're beautiful when they do.
