Dropped in for a quick look around and visit to Lord of the Isles restaurant (which was nice). Although purpose built (I think) the village is lovely and has a nice atmosphere, with little rows of cottages looking out across the boat marina. Looks to be a great position for the boats and has nice views across the bay.

I stayed here as part of a sailing course and only saw the facilities in the marina office so can only comment that they were all modern, clean and apparently working. Parking is abundant - I can't imagine it ever being full - and the road in is apparently new - it's certainly smooth tarmac unlike some other roads around... More

A great fun ride for all the family from Lochgilphead to Craobh, easy cycling and very scenic. An opportunity to see a busy canal working.

The showers and toilets are v clean, the laundry area is also well maintained. it would be nice is the slip was a bit steeper but... More

We've used a number of marinas on the west coast for our 5m RIB when on holiday over the years and for sure we found Craobh the most welcoming and friendly - thanks in no small part to Sue at reception. Thank you. We really did feel they wanted us to have a good stay and were welcome guests, rather... More

We stayed as a family of four in Seil Cottage, which was excellent generally, with a few points that needed attention. Firstly, the location is about a mile off the main road - with some great walks around and right on the beach, with a stream, tyre swing and small pitch. Sports gear is provided, and there is a great... More
