Weave visited these gardens on a number of occasions and at different times of the year. Something new and special to see every time. Most spectaclar was the giant pink magnolia in the midst of a snow storm in April! Could happily spend a whole week there. Great restaurant too.

We have been regular visitors for many tears, albeit with a gap over the past few years. Our holidays in the area wouldn't be nearly as enjoyable without a visit to Inverewe Gardens. The rhododendrons were a particular high spot during this visit.

Amazing to see the place in such an area with such a wide variety of plants and habitats we all had a fun time, although beware of the midges

Visited here on Friday 28th October 2016. First visit for many years. What can I say; wonderful, an absolutely beautiful place. Autumn colours were magnificent. Gardens are beautifuly laid out, a real Highland Paradise. If you are in this part of The Highlands then Inverewe Gardens should be a must see. It is stunning, a real green oasis. There is... More

Take your time to stroll through this paradise of plants. Love nature and I was not disappointed by the types of plants here. The setting is perfect to enjoy the views of the Loch and mountains. Many pathways to leisurely walk or just rest to enjoy the surroundings.

I am writing a second review of Inverewe (though have been here on numerous occasions) because on this recent visit we saw the inside of the house for the first time. A major refurbishment and renovation has been achieved of this spectacular 1930's house set in the midst of the wonderful gardens. It was built by the daughter of Osgood... More

A wonderfully interesting garden with a spectacular setting at the side of the loch. The walled garden is a joy to walk round, with very varied and thoughtful planting. Plenty to see and several walks, both in and around the garden. Some lovely sculptures and the gates to the loch side from the walled garden are beautiful. Good cafe in... More

Thanks guys for your help at the gardens especially Kevin as we visited hoping to have entry into the house, however due to a misunderstanding it wasn't open to the public. I spoke to Kevin and he informed me that it was opening for a tester the next day and that we were welcome to visit then using our old entry... More

A gem of an attraction. The gardens are wonderful and great for families to explore, but it is the recently opened Inverewe House that stood out for us. The house is fascinating and a memorial to the family whose vision left us a stunning garden on Scotland's west coast. The designers of the visitor interpretation should be applauded, as the... On a recent holiday to Inverness we joined the National Trust after visiting Culloden (trip to Culloden, Brodie Castle and Inverewe and the annual membership fee has paid for itself!) I was a little concerned about taking the kids (10 and 5) but needn't have worried. It was a beautiful day and the trip fro Inverness across to Inverewe takes... More
