My wife and I spent a very enjoyable few hours aboard the Brigadoon Eagle Watching boat out of Portree. Our skipper George Burns was very enthusiastic throughout and reassured us that we would see Eagles aplenty. As it turned out we saw three White Tailed Sea Eagles, one of them was a juvenile and as George tempted them to the... More

It was a rainy misty day on the Isle of Skye... nonetheless we set out with Skipper Andy. He was very entertaining as sometimes the wildlife gets tired from the day's antics and are settling in for a 5pm-7pm tour. The boat had an interior cabin and top deck above the helm. The Golden Eagles flew along the shore line,... More

We are up here on our honeymoon and Brigadoon didn't disappoint. We saw seals and 4 sea eagles, as well.as the beautiful scenery. 2 of the eagles fed off the back of the boat. The captain was very knowledgeable and what impressed me the most was that he stayed out a good 30 mins loner than our trip as he... More

Right from the start we knew we had chosen the right trip. George was a fountain of knowledge, and went out of his way to find the wildlife. It was a very enjoyable trip from start to finish and we would definitely recommend this trip to anyone wishing to experience wildlife in their natural habitat.

We are so pleased we booked our trip on the Brigadoon. The skipper George was very knowledgeable and a great sense of humour! To see the huge sea eagles coming down several times to take fish George had thrown for them was a great experience, never to be forgotten. Worth every penny!

Enjoyable boat trip. The skipper was friendly and knowledgeable. Lovely seeing the sea eagles and scenery but not sure it was worth £20 per person.

I really can't add a lot to what has been already written. Peter, our captain was as friendly and hospitable as any captain I've ever met. We were the last tour of the day, and it was a cloudy breezy day. While we didn't see a lot of wildlife, we did see a couple of White Tailed Eagles, and that... More

This was the best fishing trip ever that we had one horrible evening in early August. The endless amounts of fish landed and the continuous and re-appearing phrase 'I've got another one' was just incredible. A bucket load of mackerel along with about 15 Pollack of weight bracket 6-8 lbs, a dogfish and a cuckoo wrasse between the four men... More

We were so looking forward to a trip on the Brigadoon. We chartered the boat and met skipper Peter early in the morning with high hopes. Unfortunately as we boarded the rain started. It grew worse throughout the trip and unfortunately the sea eagles decided they would keep their heads down elsewhere and we had no sightings at all. Peter... More

We had a great tour, very much worth the value - and George was a great guide. Saw lots of things, and had fun.
