We went on the 2 hour-ish boat tour on a grey but calmer day this month and would thoroughly recommend the experience. There is an element of uncertainty as the 200 strong pod of wild dolphins residing in the Moray Firth are free to roam...More

We visited here as part of a small group, staying at Aigas field centre. We have been a number of times over the years and always see dolphins and even a porpoise on one occasion. Unfortunately this time it was a cold, grey day and...More

Visited on a somewhat damp Tuesday afternoon. Lesley was very welcoming and skipper Rob clearly knows his stuff. Sadly no fins spotted today but still a very enjoyable way to see parts of Scotland you wouldn't normally experience.

We had a great trip today although the cloud base was low so unfortunately visibility wasn’t too good and the weather was a trifle damp! Our ‘driver’, Rob, provided a deal of very interesting information on dolphins and seabirds. We were very lucky to see...More

Well organised. All safety gear provided including dry bags for cameras. Skipper good and knowledgeable. I know its the luck of the draw with dolphins and whales but we were lucky. But am sure if anyone knows where to find them this lot will. Full...More

We were blessed with beautiful weather, which made our wildlife tour really enjoyable. But even in worse conditions we'd recommend the trip. They give you waterproof clothing, so you don't have to worry about it. The staff is really nice and knowledgeable and gives you...More

EcoVentures always delivers an exciting opportunity to see Moray Firth dolphins close up. This is the third time we've gone out on the RIB and we've never been disappointed. The skipper, Sarah, is very informative and looks after all ages with great ease. Fabulous!

Yes you have to go to Cromarty yourselves. They give waterproof anoraks but bring some cardigan and long pairs of trousers. The weather is different out on sea. Although July should be warmer than when we were in April. If... More
