I went for a 4 hour fast track ski lessons. The lessons where a bit over 3 hours long with two breaks in-between. I had never skied before, and was hoping that I wasn't terrible at it. But guess what, I managed to ski down the slope on my own, controlling the speed and direction by the end of the... More

My son Jamie is 4 and has been learning since November 2016, in that time he's progressed quickly to skiing on the main slope and his confidence has increased beyond belief. Special mention must be given to instructors Denry and Dylan. Denry took my son out when he was in the early stages of learning and his enthusiasm and patience... More

All of them were amazing, properly took the time to make sure I was getting each of the new skills and were able to tailor the lessons to suit... More

It did make me want to come back to see if I can finish the rest of the skills. Nate was also super helpful when I was trying to use the poma.... More

Wow, such a good first snowboarding lesson, my instructor, Justin, was so helpful, such a positive attitude to how bad I was. Can't wait to come back, I'll be a pro.

We (mum and 13 year old son) had a snowboarding lesson at snow factor at the start of our Scottish holiday. Our instructor Denise was fantastic and very encouraging. We had so much fun that we booked another lesson with her at the end of our holiday. We learned loads and are now wishing we lived in Glasgow and could... More

This place is brilliant. My 12 year old son went for his first ever ski lesson last night and he loved it. All the staff we dealt with were really friendly and helpful, the equipment and clothing we hired were great and the instructor (called Will) was absolutely fantastic - he really encouraged my boy and made the whole experience...
