We stayed in a cottage near to East beach with fantastic views. The beach is miles of just clean sand that is impossible to feel crowded when walking.

Lovely beach in a beautiful setting. My teens had a surfing lesson one day, and we enjoyed the great ice cream parlours on the way back.

Miles of golden sand, rolling sea. Accessed via a wooden bridge over the river. Deserted and bracing. What's not to like.
