Loved the buildings especially the Egyptian style lighthouse keeper's cottages. Unfortunately we won't be here on a Saturday as that is the day the lighthouse is open to the public. Would have loved to climb to the top. Perhaps next time.

Walked to the lighthouse from Silver Sands Holiday Park. I thought you could actually go up but there were signs everywhere saying residents only. The lighthouse cottages nearby are now NT rentals so all you can do is look at the sea views from ground...More

Bracing walk along a cracking beach with lovely sand beside the links golf course. At the point you arrive at the base of the lighthouse so can climb or walk atop to get the view. Apparently it featured on packets of Players cigarettes as picturesque....More

Recommend a visit to this light house, great views looking over the sea, and Lossiemouth. Lovely at night as it is lit with ever changing coloured lights.
