What a lot to see about life in Arran at this quaint attraction. Well worth a visit. In fact, I would say it's a ' must see ' venue for anyone interested in Arran. Staff, all volunteers, were friendly and helpful.

A small charge to visit £4.00 (family £9.00) but worth it a real reflection of the past with some fascinating articles on life on Arran especially the clearances and wartime Arran that aren’t particularly mentioned in the tour guides. A museum tour guidebook is available....More

We always visit the Museum at least once every time we visit Arran. There is always something new to see.I especially enjoy the Schoolroom and enjoy reading the histories written by the Island's pupils.

It’s around £3 for entrance. Not sure about kids. Depends what interests them there us an old schoolroom a lot of war information an old furnished cottage and more
