The harbour is beautifully situated and a delight to visit. It has been used for filming scenes for Game of Thrones. The surrounding area is lovely to stroll around, with fabulous views.

A must stop if you like Theon, If not is a beautiful spot with rocks to explore and a beach. Very pretty.

We left Belfast and opted for the A2 road along the east coast. It only took a little longer vs the motorway. We stopped for lunch before checking into our rental cottage nearby. Well work a stop, Beautiful !

At the advice of our tour guide we stopped here and when we went there was no one here! Amazing rock and ocean scenery and for GOT Fans its a must to see the "Iron Islands"!

It's a quick trip except for the winding road down and up. Once arrived, the harbor area is quaint with interesting rock formations that you can explore on foot and snap some great photos
