What a gorgeous looking building. The tours need to be prebooked but if there is space they will add you to a tour. It was really nice to have a guide who was full of information but after 70 mins it was a bit over...More

Loved the house all done up with the beautiful trees and decorations and the illuminated walk was great. Father Christmas was fantastic.

My partner and I are National Trust members so we brought her elderly mother for a half day out as we live nearby. We didn't see the illuminated gardens which were a Christmas feature but the gardens and grounds were lovely anyway. The house is...More

Went to Kingston Lacy on the Friday before Christmas and it was surprisingly busy. We decided to do the Woodland walk and it was really good and easy as it was firm under foot. After this we visited the shop which had a few reduced...More

We go to Kingston Lacy regularly as we find the grounds very peaceful and well laid out. We visited the Christmas Lights this year and really enjoyed the mixture of lighting and natural trees. Would recomend

We have just returned from a visit to Kingston Lacy to see the Christmas lights and decorations. Sadly, rather disappointing. Firstly, there were no wooden reindeers on the approach to the house, and secondly the house was closed as the fire alarm system was knocked...More

We visited Father Christmas as we do every year and as always, the experience was magical and traditionally inspiring. Father Christmas spent a long time talking with the children and the setting was lovely, the bean bags a great touch. The floristry displays were beautiful...More

If you are a member of the National trust you do not pay. You may need to book a time for the visit during the busy season. Check your national trust App.
